Such an amazing place! I believe it’s under new management because the lady that help me was awesome and very patient with me! :) Her name is Ms. Gililland she is the clinic manager and the dispenser there and she was very nice and an answer for every concern or question I had! She was so smart and made me feel comfortable buying hearing aids there! Thanks again Sonus and the wonderful staff at Sonus Glendora!!! :)

Got my impressions done for my in ears and i loved the service here! The women who helped us was named Jen and she was attentive and so sweet. Bringing the rest of my worship team to do their impressions here. Thanx again guys

Poor customer service! After a two week wait, we received a call that the hearing aide is ready for pick up. We arrived for our appointment and were told that the device is not ready, we“ll call you in two weeks. We were told the device malfunctioned and had to be returned. A courtesy call the day prior or even the morning of the appointment would have been nice. My parents live an hour from me and I had to pay an attendant to take them. That expense could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call!!! I will take my business elsewhere thank you!
