Craigs Towing of Illinois

Over the years I’ve had to have my cars towed. It’s usually at an inopportune time when you want the situation corrected as soon as possible with the least amount of hassle. I’m happy to report Craig’s Towing has helped me out under those unpleasant situations.
Originally recommended to me by a friend, I’ve found John at Craig’s Towing to be courteous and professional. His towing equipment is clean and modern. I have Craig’s Towing in my address book for the next unplanned event.
Whenever possible, I like to patronize a local, small business. You know, where you talk to the owner and he works as though his livelihood depends on it. Well, Craig’s Towing meets this criteria. I hope you don’t need a tow truck, but if you do, give John a call.

After a horrible experience with Family Towing, waited four hours and they never showed and on top of that they tell me they only take cash and no credit cards despite being told credit was ok by my roadside assistance. So the guy tells me he won’t come because I demanded to know when he was coming after four hours of waiting. So my son decides to call this number he sees on a tow truck for Craig’s and we call and the guy is super polite and says he’ll be there in 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. So impressed and that’s not something I ever thought I’d say about a towing company. Thank you J.M. (the name on the receipt) for being kind courteous and so prompt! I will keep your number handy and pass it along.

John at Craigs towing is very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. It seems I’m always needing a tow having an older car that I love. I’m very lucky to have met John (due to one of my many break downs) if my car breaks down I know I can count on him. John definitely can make a bad situation seem like its nothing and reassure you everything will be alright. I was with a friend who got into an accident on the highway with 4 other cars. I called john he said he might be a little so I expected to be waiting for a few hours. Due to Chicago traffic I didn’t expect anything less, but still he arrived before all the other tow tucks and the police were still writing up all the reports. Craigs towing is a great company I recommend them to everyone. I am a women and have had a few bad experience/​felt uneasy with being broken down on the side of the road waiting for a tow but after dealing with craigs towing I know I don’t have to worry. GREAT FRIENDLY HONEST COMPANY!

John came immediately to get my car. He brought a flat bed like I asked and when traffic was bad, he called to let me know. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the car and the damage, and his equipment was clean. An excellent experience for something that can be stressful.

John is the epitome of a professional. Last week my car was unable to start. It had no power. I called John to have my car towed to a service station. When John got to my house he indicated he felt it was my battery. He opened a compartment in his tow truck which contained his tools. His tow truck was cleaner and more organized than my home. In a manner of minutes my battery was out. He jumped into his truck and he said «I’ll be back» very Schwarzeneggeresque. He meant business.
He was back in 30 minutes with a brand new interstate battery. In a matter of minutes my battery was installed and my car was running.
I appreciated his honesty. John could have towed my car to a service station and would have made a ton more money. He was trying to find the best and most affordable solution to my problem.
I’m very meticulous with my stuff but I think I met my match. He’s a very detail orientated guy and I love that. I want things done right the first time. John is that type of guy.
In the car industry you always hear of people who have been taken advantage of. John is a very honest guy. Whenever i have another problem with my car John will be the first person I call.
