I love Wendy’s and always have, except for in big cities like NYC, where they just rush to get your burger out and slap it together with little care. In smaller towns and rural areas, they take more time on your order, so it actually comes out looking like the burger in the pics/commercials. Maybe I just love the square patties, so beef hangs off the sides, or maybe it’s the frosty or maybe it brings up childhood memories, but either way, even though it’s fast food, and even though I eat at 5-star restaurants all over the world, I still love it.

Good luck getting what you actually ordered. They’re perfectly capable of charging you correctly but, it’s a grab bag crap shoot when you open your bag of food.

I am reviewing this a little late but I think back about it and think this Wendy’s definitely deserves my review. Back in January of 2014 I had stayed in glen wood springs for a week for winter xgames in aspen. I had gone to the windy’s a few times only because it was close to my hotel. I had gone there probably 5 times and the fourth time I went I ordered my food and took it back to my hotel. When I got to my hotel I noticed they had given me a regular hamburger when I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger(something like that but the burger alone was like $ 5). So as you could see I was bummed but I didn’t let it bother me too much. The next day I went back and had joked with my buddy saying I hope they get my order right this time and the manager happened to over hear my conversation. So when I ordered I bought about $ 8 worth of food and he gave it all to me for free. I honestly wasn’t looking for a free meal, I even insisted I pay for it. Then when I opened my bag I noticed he upgraded everything I bought. And have me a free large drink. So long story short: awesome customer service! I ended up leaving a $ 10 bill on the counter for them.
