Is it possible to give a negative rating? The only got 1 because this site wont let you leave the stars blank. This company is awful. I had a verbal agreement with Jamie, the owner, who now decided that conversation never took place. He seemed to be such a sweet and trusting man, gave me a nice deal and offered me to pay what I can when I can after the initial deposit. That went out the window once it FINALLY came time to start. His secretary, Jill, is a nasty bully. All she does is HARASS you for money. I’m not even sure she speaks with Jamie. She does not comply to simply requests such as «please do not email me at work,» and «the check is in the mail» or «please have Jamie call me.» Still waiting on that one… I have been requesting a call back since mid-​January. They actually called the township on me, tattling that I refuse to speak with them. Sorry, Jill if you could read and follow directions, this would not be a problem. Can Jamie PLEASE CALL ME? They picked up the permit to start working 3 months before they actually did any work and they have not worked one by yard in 3 weeks. The township is now threatening me with fines because these people can not return a phone call. I would sell my liver at this point just to get the job done and these horrible people out of my life. I have so much more to day. Its been a month of drama and I still have a giant hole in my backyard. Safe right?! Clearly, safety is not an issue with them. I just want the project done and over with. Why they refuse to call me back, I have no idea. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
