This is your typical quick sub shop, with the exception of how easy it is to customize your sandwich… 5 stars because staff always goes out of their way to make sure you’re having a great experience!

Nice concept to place your order. Some time I have found it difficult to customize a sandwich and this place has a good solution for it. Sandwiches were good. Bread was ok. Good for a late night sandwich

For a sub shop that takes the process of ordering to a person out of the equation.(You enter the restaurant take a paper sandwich bag and sharpie) marking down what you want and giving it to the person at the counter who charges you then slides the paper bag along to the sandwich maker. It really takes a long time to receive the sandwich. Time from in to out for me was 35 minutes for 3 sandwiches. I ordered three basic club sandwiches. Lettuce cheese mayo. Sandwiches frankly weren’t that great taste wise and it cost me 31.50 for three clubs and three cans of coke. I did have the savage location about 2 years ago when it first opened and I see from Golden valley not much as changed. I won’t be back.

I hate writing bad reviews, and I hardly ever do, but this I just can’t not write a review on. This was probably one of the worst sandwiches I have ever eaten before. First of all, it was very over priced. I think I paid 11 or 12 dollars for the sandwich. It took 15 minutes to make with only 1 or 2 people in front of me. When got my sandwich, I noticed they had given me tomatoes, which i specifically told them not to give me because I am not a huge fan. My sandwich was also piled with turkey meat. And not just a small pile, it was enough to cover two maybe even three different sandwiches. And when I took a bite, the bread was completely soggy. The only part that wasn’t soggy was the top of the bun. I honestly got a fourth of the way through eating it and had to throw it away because I couldn’t take another bite. I have heard so many good reviews about this place and was super excited to try it, but I was very disappointed in the end results. It could have been that I just got a bad one, but I will not be returning to this place. I would rather spend half the money at Subway or Jimmy Johns.

What an amazing experience! High level of customer service coupled with a fun and easy ordering technique and finished with fantastic food! 47 different sandwiches to choose from, each made your way. Truly a great restaurant with fantastic staff.

Do you remember back before Subway, when you went into that bright yellow restaurant with the old time subway wallpaper for the very first time and learned that you could pick your own ingredients to make a sandwich your way? It really was interesting. Then sandwiches got really really boring. For 20 years it’s been boring. Walking into Which Wich rekindles those early year sandwich excitement. It’s yellow, bright and cheery. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Start with a brown bag and write or mark your meats, fixings, toppings and condiments. Nice selections too. Give them your marked bag, pay your tab, grab a seat, then your sandwich comes in the bag you wrote the order on. That’s different. I went with signature WICKED sandwich and was impressed. Fresh tasty ingredients, good bread, and had mine toasted. Yum. Punchcard rewards frequent customers with free sandwich after ten. Nine more to go! I added a shake and it was a fine choice and a nice complement to the sandwich.

This place is brand new but they really need to tighten the service. The sandwiches are great so I will be back. However, they managed to screw up our orders even though their system is supposed to be error proof. Somehow they managed to mix my sandwich with my son’s — some of my meat choices landed on his sandwich while I only got ham(his order). There was no olive salad on mine and it was hot, I asked for it cold. My son got his cold but wanted it hot. And yet — mine tasted great anyway but my son had to tear his apart to eat it. The place was packed with a constant long line. Lots of people working there but clearly they are stressed and need some sort of managerial support. The tables don’t get cleaned because everyone is busy. They are working hard but not able to be efficient so something is off in their system. I hope they get it right because the sandwiches are great.

Food was fantastic! It was packed because it just opened and we waited for 45 minutes! But they have coke products yuck. I love the set up though. All the options are on a brown paper bag and you fill it out and give it to the cashier. Prices are reasonable, more expensive then your boring subway but not much and food quality is much better. Need to get one of these by my house!

This location is brand-new this week to Golden Valley Minnesota. I’m always skeptical to visit a new place within the first week but I decided to give it a shot. The approach is that you walk in, grab a bag that mirrors the type of sandwich that you want and you fill out your fixings on the bag. You give the bag to the cashier they ring it up and off you go. Pros are that you don’t have to risk errors being translated in your food choices, unless they can’t read that is… The con is that there is not enough space near the front door and it gets packed and uncomfortable, and people end up outside of the front door. They also did not build an exit door where you enter so people go in and out the same door. The wait was about 10 minutes, to get a sandwich once I paid, understanding of course, that they are still getting their groove on. The sandwiches were fantastic. I have the grinder and my guest had the buffalo chicken sandwich, both hot. Both worth the wait. Once they get their groove going and have a better flow, I will definitely be revisiting.
