An Anchor In Time

I took my fossil watch into their store a few weeks ago. The batter needed to be changed and I was looking for a local shop. He quoted me a fair price and completed the work in 10 minutes. Very pleased with the work. Will definitely go back when I need a future watch repair.

I went in to have the back of my watch snapped into place after dropping it on the floor. I tried and tired on my own, but to no avail. He took a look at it, brought it over to his bench, and a minute later. presto my watch repaired at NO cost! Sure it was an easy job, but it was his buisness, his specialty equipment and his time. You don’t find service like this much anymore, and will faithfully come to this store for any repairs in the future. I’ll be sure to spread the word.

Great little shop on S. Golden Rd. Went in to get a watch battery replaced and was immediately greeted and asked what I could be helped with. The shop owners were very friendly and had me on my way in no time. (get it) There are many interesting clocks and time pieces there. I’ll definitely be heading back if I need anything else chronos related.

Great little local watch repair shop. Owners are very friendly. They replaced the battery in my wife’s Swiss Army watch while we waited. Very reasonably priced. We have had a previously bad experience with this particular watch being damaged at a different battery place. Anchor in Time did a great job with no problems. Shop local!

Did a watch battery replacement for me. Replaced on the spot, very quick, friendly, reasonable price. That’s all I needed!

I took my watch in for repair. It had a link that kept falling off. It is a MIchael Kors, and after what I paid for it, you’d think the MIchael Kors people would have been more helpful, but that’s a diiferent review. I had read that this place was great and they’d been around forever. When I took it in, I was told it would take 5 days, and cost $ 10. 8 (business) days later, I still hadn’t heard anything. I called and asked, this was a Friday. They said, «it will be ready Monday». I go to pick it up Monday, he tells me «Oh, I haven’t even started on it yet». Really??? What happened to 5 days? And no offense, I’m sure these are decent people, but with a watch that expensive you start to wonder if you’ll see it again. So then he tells me he’ll take some money off for the trouble, and it will be ready the following day. If it wasn’t even going to take a day, why did it take 11??? So I pick it up. He charges mne $ 8. You took $ 2 off for keeping my watch WAY past the time you originally quoted, didn’t have it ready when it was supposed to be and you took $ 2 off? In this economy, not the best way to earn repeat customers. I know I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t send my friends or family either.
