Brian Quarnstrom – The Golden Group Real Estate

I interviewed several realtors before meeting Brian, and he blew everyone else out of the water. He is knowledgeable, friendly, down-​to-​earth, and realistic about the condition of a home. While I was looking at the layout of the house, he always made sure to check the water heater, roof, etc., and knew just what questions to ask the selling agent. He knew the neighborhoods, market, and inventory well. He always followed up promptly, was easily reachable, and knew the answers to all my (many!) questions. I ended up with a For-​Sale-​By-​Owner, and Brian really went above and beyond in also coordinating with the seller and making sure that my process went smoothly despite the lack of a selling agent. I am 110% satisfied with my experience with Brian, and highly recommend him to anyone!
