Excellent service! I had a mishap with printing a large poster at work and these guys saved me. They were very helpful from the beginning in making sure I’d get my poster on time.
The only reason I took a star away is because they accidentally printed the wrong size but when they realized their mistake they printed out the correct size and gave me a discount and I got a second copy of the poster.
All Mines graduate students, I highly recommend printing here! They even have a Mines tax free discount. They are open late too (until 11pm) for all those last minute prints.

And I thought the post office was bad.
The staff here did not even make an attempt to be friendly. I asked the guy ringing me up to wrap my item in a little bubble wrap before it went in the package. He did so, without informing me that it would cost an additional $ 4, which I was surprised by when I went to pay. I’ll be going back to the USPS next time, if only because they don’t act like it’s a giant pain in the ass just to do their job and help you out.

This FedEx is my go to for all my shipping needs. They are speedy, friendly and always helpful. This FedEx should be the model for all the rest of them. USPS could take a few lessons from these guys!

I’ve been to these centers all across the country. This is one of the friendliest staffed FedEx store that I’ve ever stepped foot in. Even when the lines are long, they work efficiently and address the people waiting. Numerous locations see these lines and start their break rotation… not here. Finally I live close to a FedEx store that isnt filled with employees who don’t care about the line.
