I bought a small crossbody style leather purse there for $ 149 ($ 163 after tax) on my way home after surgery so I could just have my money and phone on me (I’m stuck on crutches for 3 – 4 months). it broke the third day I wore it. I called to ask about exchanging it or getting a refund and was told the owner Wendy would call me back… don’t hold your breath on them. It’s been a month.
Used to be a faithful shopper here. now after this terrible customer service (aka completely ignoring me), I’ll never go back.
