Be sure and shop around the competition before buying here. I’ve been finding their prices to be on the high end and with delivery fees that seem a bit excessive.

DO NOT USE — they have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff HOWEVER they have the WORST follow up and follow through EVER. I went to their yard and spent about 1 hour getting everything selected for my yard. David– one of the staff members came to my house to measure, and he was going to rework the estimate. About a week later I called the office (as I hadn’t heard back from David) and left a message and I NEVER heard back from them. I finally went back to the yard and David had LOST all the paperwork and I had to start ALL OVER again. .. David PROMISED delivery this morning at 7AM, when I finally called at 8AM to find out if they were coming, he LIED to me and said they were stuck in traffic due to the schools. . when I asked him what time the truck left their yard, he said he’d get back to me. About a half hour later the DRIVER called to say he was on his way…as THEY hadn’t left the yard yet…The driver said that the office shouldn’t make promises. . blah blah blah…so needless to say I asked that the owner Ken Hall give me a call.. . right after I cancelled my $ 3K order!

Not sure what the first reviewer’s beef is… sounds personal. As far as my story, I just wanted to lay some flagstone myself – separated with moss growing in between around my spa. I checked a couple different options between SB and Goleta and found this place and had extremely good customer service. I am a layman trying to DIY my backyard and I found this place to be what I needed. Home Depot had flagstone that wasn’t very quality IMO. This place did, with advice offered that I needed. How many places do you find where you have to ask the right questions? Defeats the purpose, right? Liked it here for that reason.
