Chandler Guilbeault knows his stuff and is passionate about making sure you are happy with the spa you get. This experience is the opposite of impulse shopping for a spa at Costco. If you want a high-​quality spa with low maintenance, this is the place to go. My Costco tub started leaking after 5 years. I’m glad I made the right decision the second time around with Gordon and Grant.

I think the people here truly are concerned about customer service and get it right. They have been very easy to work with and accessible. I highly recommend them without reservation.

I spent the better part of four months trying to get these guys to make a custom jacuzzi cover. They didn’t return phone calls. They promised to meet a deadline then went back on their word. But more importantly they were needlessly rude. When the meanest of them insisted that he had called me dozens of times and that I was the reason the cover hadn’t been ordered (a lie), I simply gave up. Go elsewhere.

Excellent service! Went looking for a place that had closed so a quick search led me here. I dropped by to pick up some supplies only to find they were closed for the holidays. There happened to be a gentleman there doing some paperwork who saw me and he chased me down and caught me just as I was about to drive away and opened the store for me. Definitely earned repeat business!

Chandler Guilbeault will greet you at this hot tub dealer set in lovely Goleta, close to Santa Barbara, and with charm and good cheer help you understand everything about buying and having a hot tub. We visited him based on the store carrying the Marquis brand, saw the many models, and asked endless questions which he answered with the aforementioned good cheer.
Chandler and those who work at G&G are knowledgeable and happy to share their wisdom — with no high pressure BS. Afterward, we continued to look around and comparison shop – but came back to Chandler. It wasn’t the prices – though his are very good – but that feeling you get when you connect.
Before we buy, Chandler wants to check access to our designated tub location. Turns out we don’t have enough room to get it past the side of our home. We need a crane and Chandler arranges EVERYTHING.
The delivery and installation went off without a hitch. Now we’re enjoying some of the bubbly IN the bubbly. Go see G&G. You won’t be disappointed.
