Hallmark Shutters

Leff numerous messages with Hallmark about a repair to my wood shutters. (purchased thru Hallmark) Not one return phone call. Very disappointed.

Horrible service! takes weeks and weeks beyond what is promised to get your merchandise installed. My motorized window shade that i was thrilled to get broke after 8 months. Initially, I was told they would provide a replacement if it should brake. I believe it was covered under a 1 year warrenty and should be at no charge. I’ve called 4 or 5 times now leaving messages over a month. I finally got a person who called the salesman «PJ» who claimed he was in LA and would have a repairman call me. Nope no one called me. So a week later (today) I called back leaving a shaming message saying I was going to tell everybody not to go there. These people can’t keep their promises and make false claims. I got sucked in by the «nice» older salesman. Live and learn. Don’t waste your time or money!
