The ladies star and charlett are very Rude, I think that’s gonna hurt Mr Schultz in the long run.
Yesterday I went to the office to pick up ups packages they said there not there on the way out I asked the ups driver did I get any packages she said yes 3 of them.
The ups driver asked the ladies I gave you her packages they laughed and giggled and said there over there go get them like a dog. Very Rude ladies in the office. Based on the post I guess I’m not the only one feels this way

I saw the place driving down the road thought it was a beautiful place to live I was so happy to go in to see if they had any available apartments for me unfortunately the staff the lady was so rude and not very nice at all its so sad because its so pretty there but yet the lady wasn’t very polite and she gave me an awful look.

Great community,
one bedrooms are small with only one window and a back door window. All wood floor. Nice outside lots of trees and shade. Berry trees and grapevines. Lots of nasty cats. Laundry room is located in the backyard and a good size space. Very private buildings are a little older,
Front office was very nice and helped us start the process.
It took about 3 months to get in because there were no openings and they kept losing our information to call us back when one was available. But If you continue to call at the end of the month they will let you know if one is available.

Went into office and there were two ladies who weren’t really friendly or helpful! They said they had no units for rent but was lie since I’ve found their ads on zillow. Each occupant must make 3 times the rent which is odd to me should be with a lease and a combined income. They said we would have to be married for a combined income lol

The office ladies are extremely rude!!! Every single time I have to go into the office they are short with me and never act like they want to help out. They act like I am inconveniencing them! I put in a work order and it took them about a week and a half to get to it! My gate latch was broke! It took them 5 min to finally fix it but almost two weeks to get to it! I just put in another work order over the phone and she kept cutting me off and over talking me. I made a point to be nice but these woman don’t care. So sick of being treated poorly and I am counting down the days until my lease is up!
