This location sucks. I’ve been here 3 – 4 times now. Staff are always rude or unfriendly, food is consistently subpar compared to other locations I’ve eaten at (the bread and vegetables taste old). The one time I went inside the place was pretty dirty. And at $ 13 for a couple of sandwiches, it just ain’t worth it. The Arby’s right across the street is much better. We won’t be returning.

Tonight we decided to have Schlotzsky’s take out. Usually it’s good. Tonight, not so much. We had one sandwich (out of six items) that was not great – smoked turkey breast on Sourdough. This sandwich had no lettuce and no mayo. At the prices here, we have come to expect more. Also, there was only one slice of tomato. I just hope they pay a little more attention to detail in the future. One more thing, we got three Caesar salads with one Caesar dressing and two ranch. Just not what we’ve come to expect.

Giving this a 2 star. Just left this location and we waited over 20 min for 2 kids pizza and a turkey sandwhich. The store was not busy and no one told us what was taking so long. When we got our food, there was not even a sorry about the wait. Very disappointed in this trip

I came here with my wife and I wasn’t happy. I ordered the cranberry Apple pecan chicken salad and instead getting said salad that fucking bitch Julie gave me a plate full of sand scorpions and then proceeded to stab me in the kidneys. The biggest issue that I had was they forgot the pickle with my meal and also the whole stabbing thing wasn’t really necessary but hey when in Rome HA HA HA. Overall though kind of overhyped

I wish there were more Schlotzsky’s in the area. I had a «Pick Any Two» Kale & Chicken Salad and Broccoli Cheddar Soup… but I didn’t get the chicken in my salad. :(Then my husband’s BBQ Chicken Pizza was loaded with onions even though he asked to not include them. Other than that, the cashier was very polite. He took our order correctly. I think the error happened on the back. Place was pretty empty.

The low rating is because I arrived at 7:45 on Sunday night and they informed me they were closed. Hmm. The sign on the door says you close at 8:00. I rushed to get there on time. All the guy did was shrug his shoulders and say they had no food. Everything was already cleaned up. If that’s the case, they need to change their posted hours! Poor customer service.

This is my fourth visit. Sometimes a good place can have a bad day but this place is consistently dirty and the food is expensive for what you get. I have to admit I like their beef chief sandwich but the young lady serving me said they discontinued it. So I have no reason to ever come back. I’d find something else on the menu to like if the place wasn’t expensive and poorly managed.

0820 in the am, the sign open wasn’t on the mgr didn’t even know, the inside was dirty, the soda machine disgusting, the countertops dirty, the floor dirty, the counter where you pick up food had crumbs all over it, this place needs the health department stat! Never going back!

Went to Schlotzsky’s for dinner the other night. In the past, I have gotten the Turkey Bacon Club, but I decided to try something different and went with the small Ham & Cheese on sourdough (plain w/just meat & cheese). Didn’t get soup this time, although I do like their potato soup. They have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine and four varieties of tea. I got unsweetened tea with a splash of raspberry tea for added flavor. My sandwich was pretty tasty. Warm & toasty and it had cheddar and mozzarella! Yum. The cashier wasn’t especially friendly, but she seemed competent and that’s most important.

Went in with my family, excited to try Schlotzskys after not having it since a trip to Chicago. Stood at the counter only to be ignored by not one but two employees. Won’t be back to this place ever. They knew they were ignoring us, because they kept looking over and talking to each other. What a sad place.

This was my first visit. I got the Angus beef and cheese sandwich and I thought it was great. It wasn’t the best sandwich I have had, but I would definitely order it again. The customer service was also fairly good. They were able to quickly make sandwiches for me and my party of 6.

Great salads and sandwiches, if a little pricy. However the quality is generally very good, you get what you pay for.
This store can be a little dirty sometimes, and they often forget to include items in our order, but we go back because the food is good.

What happened… Are they under new ownership… something is different. Last few times I’ve been has not been a good experience. Place was dirty, meaning food on tables and floors and no one was there but me. Quality of food not the same and waited a real twenty minutes for sandwich and remember I’m the only one in the place… Staff seems lost… Something is different. Hate to be harsh, but COME ON SON!

Fourty five minutes for two sandwiches come on… Staff properly. The new girl at the registrar screwed up the order twice, then we sat 45 minutes for two sandwiches along with the rest of the place of starving people. Will never come back! They say they cater it would be scary to see how long they would take to get it to my office!

Love the roast beef and cheese on sourdough! This location is close to my work so I’m a frequent flyer. I have always had great customer service here as well as their other locations. Ya the prices are more than your Subway $ 5 foot long but you get what you pay for!
