I wound up using him and it was a horribly stressful process. They don’t return ANY phone calls or emails and I never knew what was happening with my case. I would call and call and email and nothing. This lawyer caused me much for stress than getting in trouble for my minor infraction ever did. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!

do not use this so called «attorney»!!! i paid them $ 350 to cover my speeding ticket court fees and their fees, to appear in court for me. i even called them to see how everything went in court and they said fine, and no points would be added, therefore my insurance won’t go up… thought everything was fine… then a year later i got pulled over for speeding, i thought i was gonna be let go, well the officer told me that i was driving with a suspended lisence!!! he said i had not paid for my last ticket!!! in alamance county. so now i have to drive 2.5 hours for court bc todd allen smith just takes your money!!! now i am getting a court appointed lawyer!!! and for me to get my license reinstated i need to pay $ 110! please spread the word to all of the world do not use this terrible «attorney»
