I’ve lived in the neighborhood and have been dealing with these guys for years. Recently it appears to be under new ownership. That being said, they’re out of this world helpful. The place is always clean. I recently had a pool sweep problem and they took me back to the workbench and we took the pool sweep apart together. They showed me exactly what was wrong. They sold me the parts and I took everything home, and put it all back together and the sweep is working fine now. Please however beware at the prices. This place is ultra high end. The parts I purchased could have been had on Amazon for less than half the price I paid. However, I needed help diagnosing the issue, and that help came for free, so there is a trade off. They won’t steer you wrong, they really want to succeed with their customers. The next time I need parts for the sweep I’ll get them off of Amazon, because now I know what I’m looking for.

Decided to take on servicing my own pool, but not until after trying to hire them first, got the estimate, and they were suppose to check the schedule for my area and let me know what service day (s) and time were available, 5 phone calls over a week and couldn’t an answer, no one calling back, they were also higher than any other service and ended up being on a day and time I couldn’t do. I got the feeling they are overbooked as well, which almost always causes issues. They couldn’t promise the same day every week and the time window was too large, I have a dog and have to let them in, most pool services have access any day and time, still got the feeling they weren’t interested in picking up another customer. I did buy chemicals there on two visits and the guys there were very helpful, parking can be an issue.

I needed my pool light bulb changed and they charged me $ 175.12 for a job that took less than ten minutes. The parts (light bulb and gasket) cost about $ 50 including tax, and the labor was $ 125. The technician, Tigran, was excellent — professional, courteous, informative and very friendly. I also appreciate that I needed this done on very short notice and Pat was very accommodating. But I wish I didn’t feel overcharged for the job.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Had a few questions as a new above ground pool owner, and they were able to get me the products I needed to maintain the chlorine and pH. level within my price range.

The employees were so helpful and friendly. I just got an above-​ground pool and am completely clueless on how to chlorinate, maintain, etc. Gave me suggestions without pushing any product on me. Great neighborhood shop. They provide pool service as well.

They people behind the counter are very helpful. They give you directions on how to maintain your pool without making you feel stupid. Thats always nice!
I told them about my situation and they told me what to do and what to buy. They seem honest so i dont think they over sold me. They also do pool maintence if you decide that cleaning your own pool is for the birds. Talk to the Boss Man he’s very helpful.
