Super huge Starbucks store. Once the schools let out, could see why. Table seating came at a premium. We’d arrived just before the big rush and found a corner table to share with our amazing grandson.
We had a short wait to order. The counter staff person was welcoming and took our orders quickly. Barista whipped up the frappucinos with speed and care.
A very long line greeted the drive-​thru customers, but inside everything moved smoothly.

Let’s start off by saying I used to work for Starbucks for three years due to that you start creating your own recipes the little things here and there well since then I’ve been going to probably 1,000,001 different types of Starbucks is different locations anywhere from the bay area all the way to Los Angeles and I can honestly say out of all these millions of places that I’ve gone to the one in Granada got my drink down to the t!!! While going to the drive-​through I told them kind of in a mean I should wait hold on a second this is going to be a complicated order the gentleman William kind of laughed it off and said don’t worry and helped me with my order for it to come up exactly correct then crysabell did her magic & here before me is my PEEFECTLY made trenta iced coffee w/​8pumps cinnamon dulce, 7 Splenda, ½ & ½, EZ ice, stirred! Thank you to your staff!

1÷19÷2016 Visit… Benecia a barista that started here just before holidays is so unbelievably rude… never smiles never says hello thank you NOTHING! I complained direct to customer service. Hello you work in customer service! Well they moved her to Barista and her latte skills are below sub par… my flat white this morning tasted like tar! I am a VERY loyal Starbucks customer and this person needs some more training or find a job where social skills and specialty coffee making are not required
1÷20÷2016 Visit… the staff at the drive thru this morning thought their own lives and conversations were more important than customer service to the line of 15 cars… yes that’s right 15 waiting!!! Benicia at the helm of the laughing joking goofing off and then dropped my drink as it was handed to me… the young man working the register wasn’t much better he was to busy having a conversation to even say hello to me or thank you or anything at all!!!

This place gets my coffee right every time! I’ve been to so many other locations that screw it up. I go out of my way to go to this location. The staff is always super friendly!

I frequent this location because it’s conveniently located near my home. They are always very busy especially in the mornings and when the high school lets out.
However, this morning the drive thru was NOT busy which doesn’t explain my experience! I just uploaded a photo of the breakfast sandwich I ordered, check it out! I didn’t realize the quality was so poor until I was sitting at my desk! The sandwich was dry, hard & burnt – not edible! :/​
There’s always a 50⁄50 chance on the quality of food at this location, it’s so frustrating! I expect a little more than subpar service & quality from Starbucks but it’s obvious some staff members care and others don’t!
