Top Donut

Don’t know much about this place food because on that Saturday morning things went down like this
Mom was working and me and my 2 kids (2 and 5) were on our way to watch the airplane show. Kids decided to have croissants bagels and donuts
Stumbled upon this place as it was on the way. Placed a good sized order (2 bagels with cream cheese, a chocolate croissant, and 2 chocolate donuts). While they were preparing my 5 year had to go pee. I asked her very kindly to use the facilities. She also saw and must heard the urgency in his voice. So I found it very rude and insulting when her rely was «the inspector dosen’t allow customers to use bathroom». So I left and walked out
Pretty sad!!! They might of had the best donuts in the world but after that experience it still would not be enough to undo the nasty taste the customer service had left in my mouth

Only place i will come to get donuts around the area!
It is rare for the average donut shop to have strawberry filling, which is one reason I’m loyal to Top Donut!
Not only that, but the owner is also very sweet. I read reviews about bad service here but I’ve never had that at all in all my experiences here.
Sometimes there is a wait, but if you want to awesome donuts, just wait a little!

I don’t know what others are talking about, the clerk (?) was very friendly and gracious, she may have been manager but I don’t know. This is also the first time I’ve been served donuts on an actual plate. Also this seems to be the place if you like different lottery games!

Worst service. Clerk was rude, and seem to not know how to use the credit equipment. It took 15 minutes to try and get a hot chocolate and a donut. I say try because ended up living without food and a bad taste in my mouth after the whole experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They are so many places that sell the same thing and will treat you respectfully. If you absolutely have to stop here make sure to use cash. Chances are you will get double charged if you use a debit or credit card.

Worst service ever!!!
We walked in at 8 pm, which is by the way one hour before their closing time. We were craving a hot chocolate and warm donuts. As soon as we walked in we saw the lady mopping and she gave a bad vibe. She asked if we wanted something, we obviously wanted something since we all arrived to the donut shop hoping to get good service. Then she called her son to serve us, he was the worst employee ever with no manners. He ruined our night with his horrible sluggish attitude. We asked for 4 hot chocolates and he got mad because the lady gave him directions on how to make the hot cocoa. I’m am not kidding, the hot cocoa looked like tar. We then ordered a regular dozen of donuts and asked which ones can we choose from. Again Mr. I hate work (young man) was rude and lazy and he kept slamming stuff. We then decided to apologize and notify them that we were leaving because of the bad service. The lady started yelling at us and saying bad words in a oriental language. The young man started slamming cabinets and doors and throwing stuff on the floor screaming curse words like «fuck you» and some other words I didn’t hear since he was cursing as he walked to the back kitchen. The lady tried to force us to drink the tar they called hot cocoa. I despise this place and don’t recommend anyone coming here. We were violated and called names.

Want a doughnut? How about a top doughnut? I would recommend coming here then!
Want some coffee? How about a selection of a few different coffees? I would recommend coming here then!
Wait, you’re a lottery aficionado?! Well you came to the right place because this is the jackpot. Whether you want scratchers or mega millions they have it all. They also have a wall littered with winners!
I walk here often for a doughnut and they always throw in a couple doughnut holes as well. The owners are super sweet and they remember you when you go back.
Every once and a while I’ll buy a scratcher and try my luck. But let’s just say I’m not a lucky guy. I did win $ 2 last time!

I will say those glazed donut holes were delicious with the sprinkles, and the chocolate glazed ones!
However, my boba was not so delicious.

I live down the street & I never have time to make my own breakfast. So I thought I would stop by and pick up something to eat. I ordered a #B12, very delicious and it came with 4 donut holes. Not alot donut shops do this! The lady is very nice & they also have fresh squeezed oh that they order from Texas very sweet, a total must have!
I would most definitely recommend this place! Their donuts are great, food, coffee and not to mention so is their boba!
