Bella Rosa Consignment

This place sucks at life, I spend hundreds of dollars there. When I got home I noticed a wallet they sold me didn’t close, it was broken, it was a little 10 dollar wallet no big deal but they refused to take it back knowing they sold it broken. I have never spent another cent in this store. They suck and will never get a cent out of me knowing they sold me a broken wallet and wouldn’t make it right. Trust me I have plenty more to spend but y’all will never see a penny of it!

Okay place to shop for used clothes but DO NOT bring your own things for consignment.
I have done consignment at quite a few places but this one I thought was very dishonest.
I brought in home furnishings and the owner wanted them for the store so she sold them to herself for $ 5 when they could have gotten $ 100 selling to someone else.
If they wanted something for themselves they should let the owner know how much they are going to give it to them so we can decide.
Also I went back to pick up the things that were unsold and they said after X amount of days it was their property and they could do what they want with it.
Maybe it’s an okay to sell if the employees don’t personally want something you are selling. But if they do– BEWARE
