Discount Tire Store – Granbury, TX

I previously purchased a 35″ Goodyear mtr/​k through discount tire. After seeking road hazard because of metal cuting the side wall, I was told I could not have road hazard because my wheels were beadlocks.
Even though Discount mounted and balanced them, not once was I told this would void any warranty till I tried to claim it.
After paying full price, I carried the tire home to mount myself. There I realized that the directional tread was mounted backwards. In spite of inside and outside being casted into the sidewall. Pure lack of attention to detail by the technician.
Due to the deception of road hazard and having to pay another shop to correct the miss-​mounting, I can not recommend any way to improve my experience. Yall have lost me as a customer and I will not recommend anyone to propetuate the deceitful «warranty» practices of Discount Tire.

I kind of don’t have a choice of providers when it comes to tire repair. I go to Discount because that’s where my dad bought my tires and all flat repairs, rotations and balances are free. However, if I did have a choice, these guys would be at the top of the list. One day, as I was about to leave work, a co-​worker pointed out a low tire, and another one offered to change it to my full-​sized spare. I drove around on my spare for a couple of days because my schedule was just so crazy that I couldn’t get into get the flat fixed. So one day, I was in Granbury and decided to call and see what the wait would be if I just popped in. They suggested I make an appointment that worked for my schedule, and when I got there, they immediately got to work and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The guys there were SUPER friendly and respectful. So two weeks later, I got yet another flat, and went straight back to these guys and had the same great speed and customer service. It’s sad but funny when I mentioned that this was my second flat in 2 weeks, they told me «Welcome to Granbury,» ha. Great. At least they’re nice, so I don’t mind going back.
