Called ahead for a walk in. Waited about two hours which is almost understandable for a walk in but they did not look busy. They saw me 5 minutes before closing. Receptionist was rude when I had questions about insurance. Nurse was very nice but the Dr dismissed all but one of my concerns. Seemed like he just wanted to go home. He ended up having me a buy a cream I could have but at the drugstore for $ 5. Charged $ 120 to my HSA card for NOTHING.

I have lived in Grand Blanc for 15 years and for 14 of those years I have always gone to Complete Care Center. In my opinion, all of the staff that works here cares about you — you are more than just a patient. As a result, the wait for your appointment time may be longer then you might like, but in the big picture it is because the staff is taking the time to do their jobs right! yes, I am a big fan of Complete Care Center!
