Pizza was delivered in the time frame stated. Delivery guy was nice and pizza was awesome. Order delivered just as we ordered!

Many pizza joints have the same problem. But, Papa John’s used to be my favorite delivery pizza. I don’t go there any more though.
The problem is when I order extra ingrediants to be added to the pie, it is supposed to result in more stuff on it. But NO, There is still the same total amount on the pizza. They just add what you asked for but reduce the quantity of the other items. Your’e being cheated by them. I wrote a complaint to the head office, and of course no response.

Stay away from this Papa Johns!!! It’s CRAZY and completely disorganized. The take out order that was supposed to take 25 mins took 45 mins because they lost the order. RIDICULOUS!!! Unless you have all night for them to get your order right, go to Clifton.

So we like Papa Johns but they can’t seem to eat it together. We love their ranch cups, and we pay for them because of this. So when we get little solo cups less than half full of some other ranch, thats not cool.

We’ve ordered from these guys a lot. In whats probably been 100 orders over the years, every time they’ve made a mistake the management went above and beyond to remedy the situation. One time, we got a really rude driver who didn’t bring enough change despite leaving a note in the instructions to bring a little extra. She had to run back to the store to get more change, but wouldn’t leave the pizza with us, so it ended up being cold. After calling in, they offered to get us a new pizza and offered us a credit. We declined, but said we were really disappointed in the driver’s performance. We haven’t had a problem since.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE! Pizza was late (50 min after order) «manager» was rude when I tried to call and inquire, and to top it off, the driver appeared to be intoxicated. STAY AWAY!

The boyfriend and I have an embarrassing habit of almost always ordering Papa John’s pizza when we are staying in a hotel. Hey, it’s usually the only pizza place open and/​or suggested by the hotel staff!
Anyway, Papa John’s in Grand Junction is the only Papa John’s to have ever gotten our order right. And they were really fast. Three cheers!
