«Although wait times may vary, the collection process usually takes approximately 90 minutes.» This is from their own website. However, the staffing at this location is so poorly managed it is often my experience to have 90 minutes before I am even stuck. There is ALWAYS a wait, it just varies as to which area. I can echo seeing poor treatment, although almost all of my own experience other than the inexcusable wait time has been positive.

This is the place to go for tax free extra $$ per week. Not only do you get around $ 80 a week if you’re over 150lbs, but you get to enjoy many of the extra«niceties» accorded to you by the staff. My favorite was being condescended to by the counter help(they really have it down to a fine art) and, on two occasions(one being myself), seeing an employee tell a client, «we don’t need you», and invite them to leave. Their attitude is that they have a captive audience for the most part of people who really need the money. I filed a complaint once with the home office, who had the local manager called me apologizing and tell me to come in and talk to her the next time I came there. When I went to sign in, the kiosk told me that I was not enrolled. Now whether this was a tactic to get me to speak to the manager or whatever, I was not interested in such childish BS. I simply left and will not darken their doors again. I feel sorry for people who do this because they need the money and have to tolerate this abuse. The closest dynamic I can compare would be that of someone applying for government assistance with a less than interested person behind the counter. Even the folks at unemployment treat you better than this joke of a company. If anyone should ever challenge them in this service, they could run them out of business in a matter of months. I really wish I could have given them a half a star.
