CVS

This is the worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies!!! I dropped off my prescription on Tuesday during which time they only had two of the items I needed. Understandable! So a came back on Saturday… The girl at the window checked to see if they had what I needed they did, then she told me to come back in 2 hours. I came back the next morning during which time the same girl tells me that they don’t have a prescription for me. I tell her yes you do I dropped it off yesterday. She leaves then comes back with the paper prescription, but no medicine. Then she tells me they don’t have it they need to order it. I’m really pissed at this point so I ask for all of the paperwork I gave her (prescription, and prescription discount card I received from the doctor) she tells me they don’t have it. What the hell!!! The supervisor whom you can’t understand a darn thing she is saying… proceeds to tell me that I must have been at a different pharmacy. Stay clear of this CVS… They may just steal you prescription!

This is by far the best CVS I love to shop at. I’m a couponer and they are very coupon friendly. The cashiers are nice the only thing that sucks is the pharmacy they take extremely long so if you are in a rush I don’t recommend this store.
The line at the register can get long but I don’t mind because they are nice.

The pharmacy sucks! You wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait as wait and wait for them to tell you five more minutes for your prescription when you dropped it off at 0930 in the morning. I finally get to the counter and still have to wait and wait and wait for them to mix the medicine. I thought this was a business. The morning crew sucks and it makes the night crew look so bad. Can you say new management.

We have been to this location in the past, I had forgotten to «Check in» and review it though. This CVS always has friendly employees and is very clean and organized. A great place to stop for a few items if you don’t want to deal with the grocery store crowd.

I know nobody is going to check Unilocal before they head down to CVS, but I’m dying to vent my spleen about this place. Their customer service is pathetic. As far as I can tell, the employees who work the front counter are complete morons. One time, I bought a bottle of sunscreen, and I told the cashier twice that I didn’t need a bag, and he still put it in a bag. Who needs a bag for a plastic bottle that doesn’t even weigh two pounds?
They always have a long line at the front counter, because their cashiers move as slowly as humanly possible. Of course, they have time to ask every customer three or four times if he’s sure he wouldn’t like a nifty CVS card. And they usually have one person on the register, with another person standing in the photo area doing absolutely nothing, and a third person behind the counter also doing nothing but certainly not ringing people up, and they will get on the intercom and call for backup. With two people standing RIGHT THERE just watching the line get longer!
Out of the countless times I’ve gone to this store, I can think of one time that I had an experience with an employee who was friendly and helpful. One time. And I don’t think she worked there very long.
The pharmacy is just as bad as the front counter. Despite having six people standing around behind the counter, there’s only ever one person actually helping customers. I know a couple of those people are usually counting stuff, which is REALLY HARD, but usually the other three are just bustling around and gossiping while one employee takes their sweet time with the line of ten customers. The pharmacy employees are usually marginally more friendly than the trolls who work the front counter, but that isn’t saying much.
I really should find a new pharmacy. I don’t know why I continue to torture myself with this place, except it’s so big, and open 24 hours, and conveniently located.
