Papa John’s Pizza

The pizza here is great, as at all Papa John’s locations. The problem is that the people that work at this location are just terrible. If you must have pizza from here, I recommend ordering it online, picking it up yourself, and hoping that they get it correct, because the people on the phone are not courteous nor are they very accurate, the delivery drivers give you attitude if you tipped on your credit card, and the management will give you attitude if you try to let them know that there’s a problem. There is a real top-​down problem at this location. It used to be a great place to get pizza from, but it’s been going downhill for a while now.

Never had a problem with this Papa John’s. I usually place my order online especially when they are running a good special because I generally go to Domino’s ($ 7.99 large 3 topping every Monday-​Thursday but Papa John’s equivalent is for $ 9.99 as a special only). But in my opinion, Papa John’s has a better, fresher taste than Domino’s.
My only complaint is that normal bake will leave my pizza slighty soggy. But ever since I have chosen well done for the bake option, it has corrected that issue.
This Papa John’s is clean and offers good service.

When I have no groceries or just don’t feel like cooking, Papa John’s is the place for me. Unlike previous posters, I have never had a problem with my pizza order being incorrect or with rude employees. Over the last year I have transitioned from delivery to carryout but both experiences have been relatively pleasant. Whenever I go to pick up my pizza, early or late, it’s already ready and piping hot. The delivery employees were always prompt (if not early), friendly, and very appreciative of any tip that I gave them. This will continue to be my go-​to pizza place when I’m in a crunch.

Great Pizza, Corporate Website Has Issues, and this store does not always make it right
We ordered two pizzas from here two times in a row, and both times our order was screwed up. Papa Johns in general makes good fast food pizza that is delivered promptly, and tastes pretty good… in my opinion, better than domino’s and pizza hut… that said, when we ordered the first time, online, I asked that the pizza be cut in squares for the thin crust, it arrived in normal slices… no big deal, but they did not read the order correctly at the store, and did what they wanted… the second time, I ordered steak, as it was available online… 15 minutes before delivery I get a call saying steak is not available… now here the corporate website was messed up… but two orders, and two errors, not do good… when I contacted corporate they just blamed the store… not good… also how is it possible that they don’t send garlic sauce with the second order… again this time the store just screwed up… I imagine they have lazy personnel working, or not reading the tickets, but garlic sauce is a key part of the Papa Johns experience… I understand a a mistake or two, but two separate times in a row I have tried to order from them and two errors in a row leads me to believe there is more at issue here than meets the eye… I would have to recommend going elsewhere, unless you absolutely need a fallback… and here the only saving grace is that the pizza is very good. The other issue is that the mistakes are small and a little training can go a long way…

Pizza is always good, and I never have complaints about the taste/​quality. Only reason I gave a 3 star rating vs something higher is the delivery guys. I always order online and pay with a credit card. I add a $ 2 tip to the transaction when I order. I guess the drivers don’t bother looking because when I sign the receipt they walk away from the door muttering audibly in disgust like I haven’t tipped them. I“ve had that happen 2 or 3 times now. Makes me either not want to do business with the location, or i’ll just start picking it up
