Pizza Hut

I called this Pizza Hut from my daycare providers house and was immediately placed on hold, which is fine, but after 15 minutes I wasn’t very happy! By the time the girl came back on the line I was already turning into the their store. She answers and says «delivery or carry out» I say «No thank you for holding sorry about the wait or anything?» She says «sorry about the wait deliver or carry out?»…Oh the sarcasm…
I told her to hold for a sec because I was parking and she puts me on hold… I walk in the store. Still on hold… Ask to speak with a manager… Still on hold…
The manager comes and asked did someone as to speak with a manager I explained to her I did because I was on hold. She’s rolling her eyes, hands on her hip, with a grimace on her face so I stop and say I can tell this isn’t going to go well by your attitude, she says I don’t have an attitude were busy tonight… No I’m sorry, no I apologize. So I say it’s no wonder your employees behave the way they do if this is the type of manager they have. then she says NOW I HAVE AN ATTITUDE! I immediately asked for corporates number when I called I realized she gave me the number to their overflow line/​customer service.
Managers name is Stephanie who I will be reporting to their corporate office… Oh, I was still on hold when I left. This is becoming the typical customer service experience which is sad. The manager should be ashamed of her self!

The manager at this store cares about customers, I got my food hot and in a timely fashion Thanks!

This is is the only pizza place I will ever order from. Really good pizza and salads. The drivers are the nicest I have ever met. Had the «Italian pasta «dinner tonight and it tasted as good as any I have ever had. Great company, and greater employees.

I really like pizzas from puzza hut, especially the stuffed crust pizza but this is the second time this week I get something different than what I ordered, the first time was a delivery order and second time a carry out; what’s the point in paying extra for the stuffed crust if I’m still going to get a simple pan pizza.
As I said I like the stuffed crust pizzas from Pizza Hut but the staff from this location need to pay more attention to what they are doing. I have not decided if I’m going to give them another chance or just play safe and order from other location or explore other pizza restaurants
