Schlotzsky’s

Omg I just returned my salad, and the employee gave me so much hassle that I’m afraid to eat what he is going to bring back! The salad wasn’t fresh at all, and the sandwich was tasty although they were really skimpy with the meat. I asked very politely if I could return my salad and he looked at me so crazy you would’ve thought I asked him if I could sell him drugs!?! He then stared at me for a long time, wanting me to explain why I was reutning the salad, but he was staring at me with such an incredulous look that I didn’t want to tell him that the salad wasnt fresh lol so he said I’ll make you a new salad haha and I said oh no, may I have something other than a salad? He said «whatever you want» but his tone didn’t suggest he meant it lol he stepped our for a smoke break immediately after giving me my sandwich. I hope he washes his hands!

This location is a bit different. It sits on the corner of Belt Line in a small little house. It’s very quaint.
— The location is small but very clean.
— The staff is helpful enough.
— The food is consistent across all the locations.
The only complaint is the parking. It’s pretty cramped.

I am super bummed I didn’t check Unilocal first. The ONLY way this place stays in business is because of the Verizon Center being so close.
The dressings are not the standard Schlotzky’s dressing and are sub par of a buffet.
Both my sandwich and my toast were both burnt and I would not come here again.
At a corporate Schlotzskys you have a pile of meat. In this case it was very slim.
I highly doubt they paid to have the ice cube maker cleaned I won’t even describe that.

A Schlotzsky’s that does not honor their own coupons because their registers are out of date! However, they sure work well enough to run my credit card. How does that make sense?

The 1.5 star rating is well deserved if not over-​rated. Went through the drive thru. They got my order all wrong & the girl at the window was not friendly at all. She also walked off with my debit card & had it the entire time I sat there waiting for my food which made me very suspicious! Prices seem much higher for much less food than every other Schlotzky’s I’ve been too. They did not give me an itemized receipt like every other fast food place does so I can’t compare. Nor could I check to see if I was charged for the meal they failed to give me. I will not be back to this location!

So if you’re second guessing visiting this establishment because it looks like a house, you better go with your gut and find another Schlotzsky’s. There was absolutely no one here, and when I walked up, all the workers were just sitting down chatting! It must have been more awkward for them trying to appear busy while I sat eating my food. This was my first time ever at a Schlotzsky’s, and for some reason I ended up at this one.

I really like schlotzskys, but this one is a franchise and i guess they can charge more for things that the corporate ones dont. Everytime i go i ask for cheese on my chicken sandwich and it costs me 1.99– that is more than there chips are. The other one I go to on i-​20 charges only .59 i think. Pisses me off every time, but this one is closer to my house, so end up paying for it every time. This place has been here a long time, I really hope they make some changes to the parking lot and there prices. Maybe they would get better reviews!

i was a little bit luckier than the other 2 reviews. i called ahead so i wouldn’t have to wait. the drive thru had about 4 – 5 cars waiting so i walked in. my order was ready when i got there and the cashier was ready to give me my food for free until i told him i needed to pay. after i did i asked it i could get banana peppers and he told me it would cost $.25. really? i didn’t like the bread it was like a biscuit and was too soft and broke apart. won’t be back.

This is a complete embarraasment of a food establishment!.! I am sure is Schlotzkys corporate were to visit they would be appalled!!! Nothing about this location was accedptable… I did not even eat my sandwich!!! I paid without eating… said no peppers no onions. have allergies… and they put a spicy ranch on my sandwich!!! No refund or offer to remake! Can’t. Eat… now sick!

I almost had to call the cops on myself for beating up 2 employees that completely ignored the drivethru that I was waiting at for about 10 minutes. When I finally drove around and went inside and asked if they were paying attention to the drivethru they said it was broken… ok fine! Placed my order… was already pissed of… And then halfway through them making my order a car drives up to the drivethru and it dings and the same female that said it was broken… promptly replies and takes the customers order. REALLY! Im on my way to work and in a hurry jackholes! :)
