Pamela was a great hostess, she was friendly, fast and efficient. The entire crew was very warm from greeting repeat customers and creating a friendship that would make most return. I haven’t been to taco bell in years but, this was definitely a great experience. I stayed for 4 hours due to a layover and finished some paperwork and took sparatic naps on their table. I was neither rushed nor made uncomfortable. The entire staff is well trained and very hospitable. This is by far my best customer service experience in fast food ever. Thank you ladies and gentlemen!

We came back from Mexico and my boyfriend and I were waiting for the megabus. We had an hour to kill so we decided to eat at Taco Bell. We waked in and a very sweet lady greeted us and took out order. She had the sweetest voice and was so kind to us and every other customer that she helped. Best Taco Bell service that I’ve had. :)
