We leave near by and frequent this WH a lot. Its has gone down, service, food and dirty. We stop going due to these factors. Please improve so we can come back. Yuck.

Worst service ever! Waited for almost an hour & when I got the food, the whole order was wrong. The waitress looked like she was on drugs. Never again will I come here!

We usually enjoy Waffle House. Not this time(11−9−15). The tables, seats, floors, windows, door, counter, were dirty. The whole place needed to be cleaned. 5 staff members outnumbered the patrons, but no one thought to clean up as they were too busy gossiping among themselves. The food was o.k., except for the grits which were only luke warm and lumpy.

Well, we came in and sat at the bar and saw employees cleaning, counting money, arguing about who does wat, and so on and no one would look at us, finally someone did, didn’t get refills, the food was good but the service was TERRIBLE!!!

Waffle House is never my first choice for a post workout breakfast but since it’s a stone’s throw from my favorite workout studio, it ends up being the default place to grab breakfast. It’s just easier to drive across the parking lot as opposed to across town. To me, Waffle House is the equivalent of a roadside diner that I would eat at only because there is no other option on a long road trip somewhere. Instead, the reality is that Waffle House has a cult following among people in my family and friends circle. The food itself is decent and often times greasy. But if you can look past the roadside diner feel and greasy food, Waffle House is the place for you. Unless it’s busy that is. Then you can awkwardly stand around and wait or take what little bit of dignity you have and go elsewhere. Your choice.

I came here on Sunday 11÷2÷2014 for breakfast. It’s Waffle House so I didn’t expect much however, this location was by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Everyone looked disgusting and the managers couldn’t control any of the employees. You could hear them telling the managers«what they were and weren’t going to do». My waffle tasted like onions and the worst part of all, an employee STOLE my iPhone. I accidentally left my phone on the table, came back in the restaurant less than 5 mins later and it was gone. Of course everyone denied taking it and the manager even let me watch the video footage. The footage was extremely blurry and grainy, all you could see was an employee taking everything off the table but you couldn’t see exactly what they were removing. I started to call the police and press charges but because I am not a bum and don’t have to work at Waffle House for a living, I went right to the sprint store and purchased another phone. I will never everrrrrrr come to this Waffle House ever again.

Waffle House is to IHOP the way a Kia Rio is to a Cadillac Escalade. You can watch them cook for you(not exciting like Benihana). They make everything to order from scratch. They are fry cooks, not chefs. But because they specialize as fry cooks, they make what they make very well. I had a cheese omelette(3 eggs, American cheese) they made it super fluffy. Hash browns crisp, not over or under cooked. Biscuit warmed on the grill, I got strawberry jam for them. Waffle the size of a dinner plate covered with mini chocolate chips(I let them melt on and then spread them over the waffle like butter(no syrup needed). Decaf coffee(always fresh) with sugar. OJ as well. Total $ 12.56. Also, the people watching is a bonus no matter what time of day. Be Bold, eat Waffle House.

Arrived to this place by accident, but decided to give it a try. My fiancé loves waffle house and claims to be a good late night breakfast spot. We arrived and the place was packed. Happy families enjoying a friendly breakfast. We get seated and I start looking at the menu. The dishes looked good, your usual(egg, bacon, biscuits.) We placed our order and that when it all happened. I look to the right and saw it. Everything looked a mess and dirty. Someone please call chef Ramsey! The floor had oil, water, juice. God knows what else.(Did i mention I almost fell) The table was sticky also. Anyways, this place was not good, i did not enjoy it.
