This is a nice Biggby with an upstairs loft style seating area which you don’t see all that often in Biggby designs (at least on the east side of the state). Drinks were quick and on par with most Biggby’s I’ve been to. They’re not my favorite coffee by any stretch but they get the job done.
What sets Biggbys apart is their customer service. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a rude barista at a Biggby and this location is no exception. Good wifi and ample parking. Nice and clean as well. A solid location for coffee if you’re in the area!

Location is easy to find, it is in a small strip mall just off of East Beltline. They have a drive-thru, which is what we used on our visit.
The girl taking our order was kind. Service was fast. The problems comes in when we start to drink our drinks.
The Magic Milks we got our kiddos where good (hard to screw those up!).
My Salted Carmel tasted of only espresso, I couldn’t taste anything other than espresso!
My husband’s Mocha Mocha was the same, mostly tasted like espresso. We were so disappointed :(
This seems to happen every time we use this location, not sure if they just need to add more of the flavors or what but when I spend that kind of money for a specialty coffee drink I would like it to taste like it.

Fast internet, good environment with an upstairs seating area. Coffee and service were both good, but not more or less amazing than any other biggby. I give 5 stars for the great seating and fast internet. It’s also cleaner than the other biggby’s I’ve been to and haas more sophisticated ambiance.
Overall, I’ll for sure be coming back!

I enjoy Biggby coffee its always my first choice as far as chain coffee shops go. This location was clean and the staff was friendly. They have what looks to be a loft which I thought could be fun. I wish I would of had more time to check it out. I’m not so sure the got all four shots in the beverage I ordered tho
