I am new to Grand Rapids and was looking for someone to check on my cat when I went out of town. I found doggie latchkey simply by google, so I wasn’t sure what I would get! Erik came over and met smokey first and went over his services. We were really impressed with his professionalism. We were away for 10 days and he checked on the cat for me 5 times. He was prompt in emailing me after every visit to tell me how he was doing. When I got home — the cat was perfect. He was fed, had new water and everything was cleaned up. I will be using doggie latchkey again and would recommend him to anyone! Email me with any questions!
