Been a member for a long time and they always treat me right and honestly. Rates could be better, but the people keep me here.

originally I would have given Option 1 five stars. I was considering a mortgage through them at one time. I put 50.00 in an account. Worked with a very helpful person, but then went on to get a privately funded mortgage. I had planned to move my money to Option 1 and today, finally squeezed out the time to do so, only to find my 50.00 turned to 30.00 and I had received no notification. Although they said I had received electronic messages. Of course they said it was in the fine print. But the whole thing is unethical and they lost someone who was planning to move their money to Option 1. Sad.
