Came here after being referred by a friend(and having avoided going to the dentist for a few years), it’s located right off the freeway at the end of the circle drive. When you open the door it’s like stepping into a log cabin. All their decorations are super cute and the facilities and equipment look very new. Scheduling an appointment as a new patient was very easy: you can either call or submit a form on their website. They do ask you for your dental insurance information before your appointment to check your coverage and will give you a call the day before your scheduled appointment as a reminder. Once there, they had me fill out a form and sign a few waivers before taking me to one of their many dental rooms. Since I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, the hygienist took digital x-rays of all my teeth as well as a panoramic x-ray of my entire oral cavity. It was all pretty quick and painless. Next she checked my teeth, recording my filings/missing teeth and taking pictures of any stains, followed by the most uncomfortable part of the visit, checking of the gums around each of my teeth. This included having my gums poked though she was careful enough not to cause any bleeding. Reminded me why I don’t like going to the dentist. Then it was time for polish and an ultrasonic to vibrate off the plaque. Once that was done she looked for additional trouble areas which she scanned to check the hardness of the teeth and that was it. The dentist checked me out and they gave me a goody bag to go. After my appointment, they gave me the option of having a reminder to set up my next appointment sent by text, email or call since I didn’t want to do it then. All in all it was a pleasant experience: the staff was all super nice and they took good care of my mouth.
