Cynthia and Jimmy at LHT Revolution are fantastic! I am 52 and my metabolism was stuck, no matter what I tried. I found LHT Revolutin through the Roseville Chamber and thanks to their coaching and life skills strategies I have lost 27 pounds so far. The center is warm and friendly and JImmy and Cynthia are not only available for weekly weigh in’s, but they are available anytime for consultations via phone or text message. And, they regularly check in on me too! I have tried so many different approaches to weight loss and I can honestly say that LHT Revolution has been the best approach ever.

I was first introduced to LHT through a friend who invited me to a meetup group they were having in their center. I’ve lost 22 lbs so far and look forward to losing so much more as I have over 100 pounds to lose and have been struggling with my weight all my life. Cynthia and Jimmy not only help you find the right weight loss plan, they educate you, inspire you with their personal stories and work with their clients on a deep level. They both display a tremendous amount of compassion and love which is a rarity. The two of them combined have over 60 years experience in this industry. When we want to give up on ourselves, they don’t give up on you no matter what! I am so glad I am on this journey with them, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I found LHT because of a meet up and instantly fell in love with Jimmy and Cynthia! I felt like I was meeting with my friends and family when I went in to check in and weigh in every week. They were able to get me off a many month plateau!!! If I was stuck or needed a pep talk they were available by text message to get me through the bumps! Who is that committed to helping their clients? I am not even a «client «in their eyes, I am family! It creates a whole different kind of welcoming and warm atmosphere to something that is usually pretty stressful. I actually look forward to weighing in! Yup, you read that right, LOOK FORWARD TO! I have lost more than 20 lbs in the short 3 months I have worked with them which is incredible! The best part, I eat like a normal person! I was able to work with them to create what works for me and what doesn’t. I get to eat dessert every day and I feel great! You are going to love this place and these people!

The staff at LHT Revolution Granite Bay is really FRIENDLY knowledgeable & such a wonderful atmosphere as you walk in to there center, i highly recommend this amazing weight loss center. there also specialized in weight loss for teens which blew me away. What other weight loss center does that???
