I only take my cars to Meineke in Granite City. I trust them to be honest and have fair pricing. Me and my family have never had a bad experience with them. We definitely recommend them to people.

Terrible customer service. The woman up front is cold and very moody. We waited 2 ½ hours for our car to be done and not once did they tell us how long it would be or update us on how much longer it will take. When we arrived I told them exactly what needed to be fixed (a part on the windshield wiper transmission). Instead of fixing what I told them needed to be fixed they messed around and continued to try and sell us a whole new system. Finally after they realized we weren’t idiots they fixed the part that needed to be replaced. Exactly 6 days later the part they replaced broke. We were charged for them to look into the problem even though I told them what was wrong. Then what they did didn’t even last a whole week. I will never go back there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Ever since my brother could no longer change my vehicles oil, I’ve been looking for a place to take my vehicles. Meineke has been nothing but the perfect replacement for my brother to me. The wait times are short and they’re always friendly there, not to mention every 5^th oil change is free. Trust me I called around and for a basic oil most places were like $ 30 or more but not at Meineke. Meineke’s basic oil change is only $ 19.95 and that includes a synthetic blend oil not just standard oil. I highly recommend Meineke for your oil changes.
