Best dentist experience I have had in my entire life. No joke! I’ve had an underlining fear of orthodontics ever since I can remember. I had a front bottom left molar extracted, tooth 19 to be precise. These people made me feel so comfy, and the whole procedure took about 5 minutes. It was so quick and easy. And cheaper than anywhere. I expected it to be more than $ 250 (which I was quoted elsewhere) because this is a specialists office. In other words I wish this place did general dentistry, so I could always go here.
The only thing I have to criticize is the front desk receptionist was kinda short with me. I called Medfords office to make the appointment here in grants pass and they told me 2:15 so I shows up but she explained it was scheduled at 1. So I apologized and asked if it was too late or do I have to reschedule? But she like sighed and said «no it should be okay.»
In conclusion the nurses and doctor Rajiv are awesome but the front lady must have had an off day. 5 stars!
