This is my favorite Chick Fil A location. I’ve since moved but love going back to this location. When I used to go in frequently, they called me by name. There is always fast service and fresh food. I love this Chick Fil A!

Its always a pleasure to come to Chick Fil A and be greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The food is good and there is always an employee who is ready to re-​fill your drink. This location in particular has the friendliest and most professional staff of any Chick Fil A I’ve entered. Are you listening Wilhoites? You might want to take a few hundred pages out of the Chick Fil A Manual of procedures, since this kind of stellar service is sorely lacking at Wilhoites. Just Sayin.

I never had had a problem at this location. I’ve come in her to eat dinner with my children or just sneak away. Staff is always friendly. Only once my food was not made right and they apologized and replaced it. Clean location and for the times I’ve gone it is never crowded. I’ve leaned to stay away for breakfast, lunch, and dinner peek hours.

I love Chick Fil A. However, this particular location always seems … well the parking lot is terrible. Its hard to get in and out of. Today was Spring Break, lunchtime, and busy, and they had a disorganized line and only two cash registers open at 12:30 lunch rush. Very friendly employees but the cash register thing irked me.

The food here is always consistently good. The only thing is that sometimes they are slow on cleaning tables and sometimes the service is not great. But, at least you get food food.

This has to be the absolute best in the DFW area. The service is always great and the place is always clean. The owner always makes it a point to walk around and talk to customers and ask how everything is and try to fix any issues you may have at his store.
I know this is fast food but you know when your service is great and the staff makes you feel like your business is greatly appreciated it’s hard not to let people know this. I think this location really knows they can win you business by treating each and every customer like they are #1.
