Enclave at Grapevine

I have been here for 6 months and I can honestly say I’m regretting it ever since I signed my contract. Pet feces and urine in the elevators routinely. ZERO parking, I have a truck I have to keep at a family member home and usually have to park at the rental office and walk all the way to the opposite side of thee complex to get home. To make things worse, yesterday they decided it was a smart idea to put No Parking signs in a designated area where at least 8 residents parked usually. They are trying to force you to purchase the underground parking (They send automatic messages every three days reminding you they have spots available) I should not have to pay an additional $ 100-​$ 175 just for a reasonable parking space, especially when my rent is $ 1200 for a less than 900 sq ft one bedroom. You’re better off buying/​renting a home than living here.
