Literally, just left this place with a pretty bad haircut. I would not recommend to anyone unless they are looking for a military cut. Even then, i bet the military could do a better job. I understand bad haircuts happen. We all mess up, but at least take some responsibility. I’m incredibly let down by this place. The service and quality both deserve 1 star.

Wonderful customer service! Awesome haircut! Jenna was amazing! She had a friendly personality and is great with a pair of shears. I love my hair cut. No wait to get in the chair. Salon was very clean. Will definitely be back to this location!

So happy I found a place where I felt comfortable to try for the first time. I simply loved my haircut and Ashleigh was nice and warm and got it right. She listened to what I was looking for (no rocket science) and did a great job.
I’ll be keeping her as my stylist every time I need a haircut in the DFW area.
All the girls seem nice and friendly with great customer service skills.
The price was just right and you get pampered to a free upgrade in services if it’s your first time. I got shampoo, face hot towel and a quick shoulder massage.
I couldn’t be happier with how I looked and felt when I left.
