Great Sunday brunch. Bottomless mimosas where you can get cranberry juice instead of OJ. The Texas sized cinnamon bun was huge, shareable, and tasty.

The food & atmosphere here is excellent and if you’re really lucky you’ll get Lauren as a server. She made us feel very special. A+ for Winewood

I’m not too big on reviews, unless there was a wonderful or awful experience. Today was my 3rd visit to Winewood, and it won’t be my last. Each visit was for Sunday Brunch, and this place has been on point! Today I had the Winewood Benedict which included of course a poached egg with pulled pork, pickled onions, and chipotle hollandaise and a delicious Bellini to wash it all down! The food as mentioned is amazing, but the ambiance is even better! This is a great place for family dining or date night! I highly recommend Winewood!

This place serves a mean brunch and it’s very reasonably priced. I always get the French toast but everything I have tried of my husbands has been great as well. The brunch is usually pretty busy but if you book your spot on open table you can always get seated right away. I feel like their dinner menu is a little overpriced for what it is, but the tenderloin bruschetta is the bomb!

We had party of 8. Nobody was happy. Overcooked and cold both. Appetizers were good, I’ll give them that. They were 0 fer 8 on the entrees.

Had an awesome lunch there, while on a business trip to Dallas. Ordered several appetizers of which the the seared tuna was my absolute favorite. The calamari sauce certainly had an enjoyable kick to it, but I must say that I’ve had better spinach dip. The broccoli cheddar soup was a bit too think, but my main entre of Sea Bass definitely made up for it. The sauce on the sea bass was unbelievable as was the Risotto.

My first time here was definitely a great experience! We were there for our holiday party, and we were seated in a private room, loved it! Our waiter was one of the best I ever had. I wish I got his name, so I could tell everyone to request him. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and funny. On to the food. We started off with the beef tenderloin bruschetta, crab cakes, and spinach dip. They were all delicious! I personally preferred the crab cakes. It was filled with crab meat and perfectly cooked. The bruschetta was crunchy and complimented the texture of the tenderloin well. The spinach dip was creamy, but definitely the weakest appetizer from our selection. I got the rack of lamb for my entrée, and it was great! The waiter said it was one of their best dishes, so I had my expectations. It was a bit on the salty side for me, but other than that, it was tender and moist and just the perfect cook on it. They had a lot of other amazing options on the menu, so I’ll definitely be back to try it. Finally, I had the crème brûlée for dessert and I died. It was so rich and creamy. There wasn’t a lot of vanilla for me, but still out of this world. Come here if you can! It is pricey, but it’s worth it. I wouldn’t go here just cause, but for a nice occasion, definitely.

We had our first visit on Christmas eve for lunch. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly and service was fairly quick. Everything we order was excellent, my favorite was the crab cakes, the spinach strawberry salad was a close second. My daughter loved the famous macaroni! My husband was happy to get his ribeye even though it wasn’t on the lunch menu. We don’t live in the area but will definitely be back.

I love winewood for what it is — a better than normal restaurant for the area! There are no shortages of steak and fish places in this area, but they do a great job with various types of innovative dishes. I have been here for dinner around a dozen times and for brunch twice. I will say that the brunch is where it’s at! Their brunch is so yummy and fun, plus they have some fantastic coffee drinks. The latte and cappuccino are definitely great. I would also recommend the chicken and waffles and the burger. Yum!

We found this place from searching«bottomless mimosas» on Unilocal for brunch, and this one came up with pretty good reviews and was close by. Another plus was being able to see the menu online first, which always helps reel me in. We finally got time to come in today for Sunday brunch. Located in the Grapevine Epicenter, you can find Winewood tucked behind a few restaurants inside the same plaza. We had no trouble finding parking or getting a table on what we thought would be a busy first Sunday of the year. We got seated really fast and chose the crab and lobster eggs Benedict($ 14), chicken fried chicken($ 15), and the bottomless mimosas($ 10/person, Sunday only). Both brunch entrees were served with a side of skillet potatoes and fruit with yogurt dressing. The bottomless mimosas kept coming, and were stronger than many others. We really enjoyed our visit, the food, as well as our friendly server Brandy. Live music was playing from the front, which was a great way to wrap up the holiday season. Would definitely recommend!

I was so curious about this place & have been for a while! The ambience is awesome & sets the tone for a nice date night. Wine by the fire… I mean can you really go wrong? I’ve tried the gouda mac w/bacon & while it sounds decadent really it is not. I just felt like something was missing. The seared ahi tuna starter also is just OK. The sweet spicy chili sauce on top was tasty though. Food is alright but the atmosphere is on point. Perhaps the brunch here is the real winner. I do see the appeal with it being so close to downtown Grapevine… nice little tourist attraction. I’ll have to try some other dishes.

This place is big, beautiful, shiny and new. Its brunch menu is varied and almost all of the entrees were well-received at my table of 9. For the one unsatisfactory meal, the server was quick to bring back a corrected version, and the manager came by to personally check that it was up to the standard expected. I would definitely return. Though I don’t know if any of the meals were the BEST we’ve every had, they were better than average and nicely presented. The place itself is large enough that there has to be an ambience and a table, inside or out, to please most tastes.

Outstanding brunch place! I can tell they really take pride in their menu and the service is exceptional. It’s upper scale type restaurant, but doesn’t feel snobby and the prices are very reasonable! They have the usual suspects for brunch, and some with a twist, like the Winewood Benedict. There’s a ginormous cinnamon roll about the size of a small cake. But, I opted for the Good Morning Grapevine, a little simpler eggs and tasty taters on the side with bacon and some pretty incredible fresh fruit with a little topping of yogurt. The coffee is also pretty good! It comes in a huge cup! Best of all… bottomless mimosas for $ 10.

Visited Winewood for Brunch with the family. Large group, I believe 8 of us. Plenty of seating on Saturday morning, wow there was NOBODY there. Very surprised being used to waiting in line to get a table at brunch time. Waitress super friendly. Offered bottomless mimosas, turned out they were not bottomless because she got confused and thought it was Sunday, not cool! They should have honored what was offered. We started with the Texas size cinnamon roll($ 13, ouch!) It was pretty good, a little dry but good flavor. Would I pay $ 13 for it again? NOPE! My husband ordered the Chicken and waffles, loved the waffles, chicken was dry like cardboard. I ordered the Cinnamon french toast, it was pretty good but I wish the menu said that the house potatoes had bacon, it described all the veggies in them but never mentioned bacon. I was still hungry since I couldn’t eat my side. The prices are a little high in my opinion, the average price was about $ 14 – 17 for a breakfast option and $ 15−25ish for lunch dishes. The place was ok, good service, ok food, not really planning on going back though. I feel that there are better options for less money.

This was my 1st time here and I absolutely love it!!! My family and I came here for brunch and was so pleased with the food selection, prices for the delicious food, service, and the bottomless mimosas! I had the steak and poblano omelette with Gouda and onions! I devoured all of it! I could eat that everyday! The home fries were spot on but the fruit with the poppyseed yogurt blew me away. I also got the bottomless mimosas(Texas style with grapefruit) SO refreshing and yummy! The coffee was delicious as well. The service was perfect and enjoyed the view/atmosphere of this restaurant. Whenever I go back to Dallas I will be going back here for sure!!!

Food is a hit-or-miss depending on what you’re ordered. I was disappointing with my chicken/couscous combo(that came out cold and chewy) but my colleagues dishes were appetizing and they all seemed to enjoy them. Good wine selection as well and excellent desserts. My big regret is that the restaurant is SO loud we could barely hear each other speak, Too bad, it has a great potential to become a favorite in the area.

Just finally tried this place on a whim. Had brunch or lunch on a Saturday. I got the lobster egg benedict and bacon guyere mac and cheese. Both are flavorful and had great presentation. I usually find egg benedict to be way salty but this was not. Actually, I could have used a dash of tobasco sauce. I will definitely be back to try chicken & waffle and other dishes. Perhaps even a brookie for dessert! Update: had lunch: splitted withba friend: Tenderloin bruschetta: lots of flavors but bread soggy in center Strawberry field salad: typical salad with feta and carmalized pecans Sea bass risotto; crispy skin and tender fish with soft risotto Brookie: cook center and brownie outside topped with scoop of vanilla. Yummy!

Definitely a cool place to come and check out– I came for dinner — asked for nickel and nickel and waited a bit to find out they didn’t have it– ordered caymus and it was suggested by the som here that I try an Italian cab(vaio armaron) very bold but towards the end of dinner it opened up very nicely! We ordered rack of lamb and bone in filet(14oz) with 2 bacon wrapped scallops– honestly the rack of lamb was preferable– very very well. Especially with the wine selection. For dinner Americano and cinnamon bread pudding — oh wow… Warm cinnamon bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream?! Sold. Especially great to take a break every now and then and drink their amazing espresso. Service was great– in between the regular check ins from the som and the and the recommendations from our server– they guaranteed an amazing evening. Thanks Winewood(check out my photos in the gallery) — I’ll be back with some clients this next month when I’m in town!

I think I picked a great(slow) sunday to try winewoods brunch! They have bottomless champagne mimosas for $ 10 bucks! $ 3 bloodmarys! And Dollar peach bellini! I had a Bloody Mary and a few Bellinis! They were amazing! My two girlfriends got the mimosas and said they were very strong! For my entrée I got the poached crab and lobster eggs Benedict… It was extremely good!!! My only complaining is the English muffin wasn’t toasted. Also came with a side of home style potatoes and seasonal fruit with poppyseed dressing… I gave my fruit to a friend bc I’m allergic, she said it was very good. We sat and talked for a few hours… Never felt rushed or like we were taking up a table. I look forward to many more brunches at wine wood with the girls!

Came here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend. My reservations were set at 8:45pm, got there 15 min early, was seated maybe 9:00pm. Started with Mac and cheese… Delicious, full of flavor, loved it! My entrée was the ahi tuna… The tuna slices were thick, med rare, served with rice or pasta? With vegetables. My boyfriend ordered the pork chop… Mash potatoes weren’t the normal mashed potato, it was more sliced? It was very good and fulfilling. I’m not a fan of pork chop but Wineswoods porkchop I enjoyed! The restaurant is gorgeous! Glass windows, fireplace, funny statue outside. Warning: on busy nights you may have trouble finding parking since about 3 restaurants share the same parking area.
