Got a new water heater from Craig Johnson Plumbing. The tech was very nice and explained everything well. We did have a issue that was resolved very quickly and we were very satisfied. Will use them again and recommend!

I called on a Sunday and got a callback first thing Monday morning, even though Monday was a holiday. I told them it wasn’t an emergency and that I thought my husband had fixed it, but I’d like them to come out and take a look anyway. Casey was here before 9 am, and he called first to see if that was okay. He didn’t see any problem, but checked all 3 toilets thoroughly. I fully expected to pay even if the problem had been resolved. He insisted on not charging us anything. You can bet when we do have a problem, that I will be calling CJP again!

I searched Unilocal for plumbing services and first called a competitor in the area. The other plumbing service would not even give me a quote over the telephone so I called CJP and found them to be very friendly, honest and reliable. They sent out Casey who was prompt and professional. An overall positive experience and I would highly recommend CJP to family and friends. It is nice to deal with professionals at the local level.

I hired Craig to install plumbing for a sink in my workshop, and he was prompt and got the job done quickly & correctly. He was even kind enough to let me observe the process. I’m a new homeowner, so I really appreciated that. Him and his partner were really nice guys too.
I would definitely hire CJP again in the future

Craig & Denise Johnson of Craig Johnson Plumbing are amazing people and are great at what they do. Craig and his team are true professionals in the plumbing field. I own a property management company and use them for all of my rentals. They are courteous, informative, reasonably priced, and experienced. I have also called CJP out to my personal residence to fix a leaky bath faucet, which was an ongoing problem for 8 years. To my amazement, they fixed it quickly and inexpensively, and it hasn’t leaked since! I recommend CJP to everyone I know. Thank you Denise and Craig for serving Nevada and Placer Counties! You’re a true asset to our community!

Two guys came out, I believe one of them was the owner. On the phone he seemed nice, but after being 3 hours late he only seemed puzzled when I told him the problem (which was with my septic tank) after a brief argument he told me that the only option was to release the sewage into the yard/​under the house. Having had this exact problem before I knew their was another option that him and his partner couldn’t see so I asked them to leave and said I would have the previous plumber take care of it, their was another brief argument where I had to ask him to correct his tone of voice and eventually he rudely left. Won’t have my business again.
