Thank you thay did a great job thay came out the day I called and it was a cild windy day thay worked on it and had to order the parts when a part came in they came out on a Sunday afternoon. Very happy with them

Very disappointed in their response. My furnace quit working (installed by Bielenberg 10 years ago) and I called on a Saturday morning. I dialed the business number and McCoy answered. I stated my problem to which he responded «I’m in the middle of something now, give me your # and I’ll get back to you». I did and am still waiting. Very unprofessional.

Seth came to our home to fix a heater that 2 other local companies could not figure out how to fix. He was able to determine what was wrong and got the parts and fixed it that afternoon. While talking to Seth after everything was working again, he really impressed me when he explained how he and his partner, Bob Bielenberg, work. They want to make sure that each facet of the jobs they do are done correctly. I know from my experience with the other 2 local companies, that Seth and Bob would be the ones I recommend and always call when I have a problem.

Our heater motor cratered during the coldest month of the year. Seth McCoy found a replacement on very short notice. It wasn’t easy because the motor was an after market product and he had to take it to a supply house to find a suitable replacement. He got it installed in time to keep us from freezing to death and we and the cats are really grateful.
