Just terrible customer service, the staff doesn’t communicate properly and it obvious the don’t know their own menu cuz they sent me the wrong order twice, when I ordered a western burgerI, I got a plain very dry burger with just onions and jalapeño on it. No lettuce no cheese no sauce no bacon or onion rings which are stated to be in the speciality burger !! I only had a 30min lunch and they completely ruined it. Whoever answers their phones is obviously a teenager and a very rude one at that! Will never give this place a dime of my money for the disgusting dry burger that cost me 13+ dollars

I remember years ago going to a cheeburger cheeburger in Florida when I was younger. I really enjoyed it. My sister told me she found one nearby and wanted to go. I was hoping it would be just as good as I remembered it.
My sister and I went on a Friday night. It seemed pretty dead. There was only one other family in there besides my sister and I. They told us we could pick our own seats. A few minutes later a waiter came over and gave us a menu. Soon after we ordered our drinks. I got a water and my sister had a pineapple shake. My sister tried her shake and said it tasted like vanilla. I tried it as well and she was right. It pretty much tasted like a vanilla shake. Then I noticed in my water that it looked like there was a very small dead bug in there. We called our waiter over and he was very apologetic and went to get us a new shake and water. The second shake he gave my sister pretty much tasted the same as the first shake except it almost tasted like some bad cough medicine was mixed in with it. There was a slight taste of pineapple in there. I thought it was gross but, my sister didn’t mind it. My recommendation would be to not order the pineapple shake.
We ordered our food. The burgers were alright, nothing that made my taste buds scream «OMG THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER!» I had the semi serious burger. I also ordered the best of both basket. My sister had the burger right above the semi serious. I think it was called the serious burger and she had her own customized fries with mozzarella. Once again though, they were alright nothing that was spectacular. I was surprised that they didn’t serve the burger and fries together. I understand that they were in two different baskets but, we didn’t order the fries as appetizers and the burgers as the main course.
Then I wanted to order Deseret. My sister and I were going to share a banana split. Our waiter told us they didn’t have bananas. He then pointed out that even though there are about 4 – 5 selections of deserts offered on the menu they only had the shakes and two scoop of ice cream with two different toppings. So, I decided to do the two scoop of ice cream with a scoop of chocolate and strawberry with m&m’s and Oreo’s. The waiter comes back and tells me they don’t have m&ms. So, I change it to whip cream. Next thing I hear is «we don’t have anymore strawberry ice cream». I gave up ordering desert because I had no idea what else they were out of and I didn’t feel like wasting more of my time of hearing everything they were out of stock in.
The staff seemed pretty nice. The experience overall wasn’t that amazing. I’m more than likely not going to go back to this specific location.

Basic burger and fries, nothing too special. Did live they offer delivery service through the Unilocal app.

Looks like a great place. Came by just for dessert. I ended up getting a large chocolate milkshake and a cookie. The cookie was big and just fresh out of the oven. So that was awesome. The shake was like any other, but the service was fast and the workers were super friendly.
I am going to come back and try their food out. The reason why i came i was because I was eating at a chipotle next door and saw all the cool ictures and decorations. It was a well lit place. When I saw well lit… it was neon pink! I love it.
They have eating contests, as well. Looks like a fun place. I’ll be back here soon and update the rating.

My man and I came here last night. & we were extremely pleased from the fantastic service we were given! We made a long trip from queens, cause the cheeburger in queens Blvd doesn’t have good service! It was definitely worth it!!! We will definitely come back. Place deserves 5 stars.

Don’t know about the other reviews but the service was great! We got what we ordered– 2 semi serious burgers and small loaded fries, along with a peach iced tea and Sierra mist.
The drinks were served in a mason jar, matches the setting of the restaurant. It was sweet and tasted great (peach tea).
The loaded fries were cooked fresh and were not greasy at all.
The burgers tasted delicious. The buns were fresh, the many selections of cheese and toppings gave us control, and the meat was tasty and not greasy. The greasiness of fries and burgers is something I look at since many other burger shops throw grease all over their food.
Will return soon!

Went last week with friends. What a nightmare. Burgers took more than 45 minutes and when they finally came they were uncooked. Waiter took them back, with an apology, and brought them back again. Guess what, they were more raw than the first burgers. A real health hazard? When we complained the managers/​owners do not even address the situation. They hide at the back table and pretend not to hear your complaints. If I could give minus stars, I would. Don’t go here!!!

Haven’t even gotten my food yet but I can tell the people who work here (maybe own it?) are really nice. All smiles and because the waitress was taking someone else’s order the other guy came out from behind the counter to take ours. Being nice makes a difference.

What a great burger!!! It was cooked perfectly and the counter guy was very friendly! Definitely will be coming here more often!

The food is good but the service took way too long. Don’t be too hungry because you’ll pass out.

2^nd try, 1^st was the original owners, 2^nd is the new owners. 1^st time was a burger… no big deal, prefer shake shack. Today I tried the fried sampler, pickles, mushroom and artichoke hearts… not to my taste at all. I will never order that again. I’m pretty much done with the spot.

I always go here for a quick snack, the oreo shake is a must have. The burgers are cooked well and taste well. There aren’t too many choices but the choices that are offered are more than enough. The food is very filling and sometimes the portions are too large for me.
This particular location has always had amazing service. I’ve never had an issue with anyone there. The place is really clean, the staff is always delighted to serve and even the customers that go there is nice.
There is lots of parking so that’s never an issue and they do offer to go choices in case you’re in a hurry.
If you’re a burger lover, Def try this out.

So, our office ordered here again (probably for the LAST time now). They have a real problem getting the orders correctly. We ordered five items and one of our orders was completely incorrect. When calling to see what they could do to fix this for us, the man answering the phone was not helpful — and told me that he saw the order and it was correct. My coworker ordered a burger that was supposed to have blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and instead she received a burger with ketchup, mayo, and a pickle. We won’t be ordering from here again. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I would agree that my medium well was not… medium well. But since this seems to be a common occurrence when looking at reviews, just ask for well and hopefully all the pink is out. Or maybe you can specifically ask for no pink.
I also got a milkshake and asked for it to be super thick like ice cream, which she happily accomplished.
They have a 5lb burger challenge with pictures of successful completions on the wall. It’s funny to look at since a lot of the winners are young kids.

I wish I had something positive to say about my first time ordering from this terrible food establishment. Unfortunately, there is no option for no stars. My office ordered from here and out of 20 or so orders, ¹⁄₃ were wrong including mine. When we called to ask why, they were argumentative, unprofessional and disregarding as if we hadn’t just paid them for their services. If you want an overpriced burger made incorrectly to order, this is place to be.
It’s an awful place and you should avoid them at all costs.

I live in Great Neck and cheeburger is not too far from me. I just ordered takeout and my food was a disaster. Shakes were watery, fries and onion rings were cold and burnt. We didn’t get our sauce we ordered. I called to see what they can do. 45 minutes later the «manager» he said he would replace the food or credit us back. I told him to credit us since we don’t want anything else. He wanted to know what we did with the food. I told him we threw out the food and shakes. He wanted me to return the food and shakes to prove they were what I was claiming. I told him I was not going dumpster diving just to show him I am telling the truth. His response was then I can’t refund you the cost of what you ordered. So I basically paid $ 60 for two burgers and a chicken rap.
Never ordering from here again and very unprofessional management.

I’m pretty sure that I left a review for this spot when they first opened a couple of years ago. I believe I left a review for the other reviewers telling them to give the newbies a chance, bla bla bla…
Couple of years later and I have to say my final decision is a no. They suck. I don’t know if it’s the continuous transition of management and every single employee but it never stops changing. The other day I ordered an order of onion rings first… Then ordered a classic with a couple of toppings. I had to run a few errands while it cooks and when I came back, I asked if the onion rings came with a sauce and the girl looked at the computer, dazed and confused, and said omg you ordered onion rings… I never put it in. Really? That was the 1^st thing I ordered. And to top it off the EXPENSIVE food isn’t all that great either. Burger lacks flavor and any time I get toppings it’s almost as if they’re nonexistent. Bun is completely unequal to the burger size, which might be the reason why they keep pushing all the fried stuff… (Mac & cheese, pickles, mushrooms, artichokes, onion rings, fries) and $ 5 for a shake that’s the size of a Wendy’s $ 1 Vanilla shake. No thanks. If any other reviewers think that this is a great burger spot, they have never been to a real one and therefore, should not have the opinion of saying that it is.

I just picked up a delirious cheddar burger with sautéed onions lettuce tomato pickle mayo and ketchup with coleslaw on the side a small order of fries and a pepsi all for which they held me up for $ 19 which I think should be considered highway robbery even here in the Mecca of the über rich of which I just toil for! This monstrosity of a burger was utterly and completely devoid of flavor! The only thing with any decipherable flavor at all between these two buns was the ketchup!!! The fries while even labeled small were bigger than a McDonald’s large fry had decent flavor but were nearly as devoid of moisture (could almost pass for being cooked yesterday) as the Sahara during mid-​day sun!!! The final nail in the coffin was my tiny cup (same size as ketchup container) of something they called coleslaw, which I had to spit out because it was sour!!! Needless to say I should have thought something was up (I ordered over the phone) when I walked into the place at noon on a week day and it was empty! I truly can’t fathom why this place is still open as to only be a tax write off or a bookie!!! As an epitaph I will bring home the leftover meat to my 2
″ puppies” but as seasoned old dogs they just might need some season salt just to take it from my hands!!!

What’s not to like? You can customize your burger, your fries, your shake, your salad… aka everything on the menu! Tons of toppings to choose from… Exciting. They have good burgers, but after having the loaded fries I’m not impressed with the burgers. The delivery guy is pretty awesome and always on time. I will be trying other stuff on the menu since I’ve heard their shakes are great. 3 stars for food 4 stars for service… and toppings.
