I had Basal Cell Carcinoma many years ago on my lip, Dr. Uria did a wonderful job reconstructing my lip after the Mohs procedure left a big crater in the middle of it. Several years later I decided to go back to the practice to inquire about eye surgery. I had awful bags and droopy upper eyelids. That’s when I met Dr. Devita, a very spirited and friendly physician! We spoke and we agreed on several procedures. A year later I had Facial peel around the mouth area .I am so happy with the way I look! I look at least 10 yrs. younger, refreshed and healthy! I highly recommend Dr. Devita to anyone seeking plastic surgery of any kind. He is a caring kind doctor, extremely well skilled!

Dr. Devita was the third plastic surgeon I consulted with for my breast implant replacement and breast lift surgery. From our initial consult he made me feel at ease and truly listened to what I wanted out of this revision surgery. Dr. Devita spent a considerable amount of time with me answering all my questions, and explaining my options. The day of surgery Everything went perfect, Dr. Devita called to check on my recovery over that weekend which happened to be a holiday weekend. I could not be happier with my results!

The worst. Botched my daughters rhinoplasty and is arrogant post op. He’s nothing but a good salesman during the consults, where he professes to be the best. I have since learned that he gets his staff to give him glowing reviews. You’ve been warned! Stay away!

Dr. Devita was completely amazing!!! He did a breast augmentation on me and they truly look unbelievable! They look so natural! He made sure that they would! And the results are incredible! I look now how I was meant to look! I have never been happier! Plus he is a very caring Doctor! Called me the night of my surgery and days after to check up on me to see how I was! I HIGHLY recommend him! Love him!

I had a 40 year old injury and needed a septioplasty, rhinoplasty. My nose turned a hard left turn on my face. I had lived with this disfigurement, as well as having difficulty breathing.
A very, very fussy friend had him reconstruct her nose and he did a beautiful job and she didn’t have a textbook «Hollywood nose». It was stunning and natural. I called and made an appointment immediately.
He performed the procedure and I am very pleased. He told me that due to the fact that this was such an old injury, it may slightly turn to the left, but he did the best he could with all the internal scarring I had. I breathe so much better, it is amazing and I feel more confident with my nose centered on my face.
Several years later, my daughter suffered terrible facial injuries, I was devastated. She then told me she had an ER physician stitch her up. I asked if he was a plastic surgeon and she said no. I sent her to Dr. Devita, and after several office procedures, her beautiful face was returned to normal. She is so happy and I am forever grateful to him.

After years of wanting to get my nose fixed, i finally decided to go through with it. i took my time and consulted with many excellent and reputable plastic surgeons on li. By far, Dr. Devita was the best. He made me feel so comfortable and showed me before and after pictures. He definitely knows what he’s doing. He has so much experience and i trusted him with my face. He truly is an artist. I am so happy that i chose him because i am thrilled with the results. i had a complicated case because of a previous deviated septum surgery so he had to get cartilage from my rib. He was able to give me the nose i should of been born with. Following surgery, he called me that night to check on me. He also gave me his cell number and was able to text him with any questions and he always got back to me. The staff at his offices are so professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for rhinoplasty.

Due to a previous injury when I was a child I was left with a crooked nose & a deviated septum. For years I always had issues breathing and could not breathe through my left nostril. I saw a plastic surgeon and had it operated on with no luck. My nose was still crooked and my breathing did not improve. I gave up for awhile and thought I would just have to live with it. I had learned to pose for every picture angling my face to try and hide how asymmetrical it was. I spoke to other plastic surgeons who advised me that I should not operate on it again because they would not be able to fix it. It wasn’t until this past March I was referred to Dr. DeVita. After having a consultation with him I quickly learned he truly is a perfectionist as he will tell you. He is extremely straight forward and will tell you what he can and cannot do. My case was extremely complicated but he assured me that it was worth a try. He operated on me, using cartilage from my own rib to straighten out my nose; no other cartilage would be strong enough to keep it in place. During my operation my mom said she was worried because it had taken so long, over four hours in fact. He was extremely precise and took his time throughout the entire surgery. I had the operation at their Great Neck office and everyone was extremely comforting I was barely even nervous. The anesthesiologist even called me the night before to see if I had any questions or concerns. Its been seven months since my surgery and I am in love with my nose. It is perfectly straight and exactly how I wanted it. I was shocked afterwards because I didn’t have an ounce of bruising and I bruise VERY easily. I was prescribed an antibiotic to prevent an infection afterwards and a painkiller. I have to say I was not in any pain from my nose at all, if anything my rib hurt afterwards but the painkiller handled that. Within one week after having the brace removed I already loved my nose, since then it has continued to decrease in swelling and I am in love with it. My breathing is 100% and I finally know what it feels like to breathe out of my left nosril :) I would highly recommend Dr. DeVita especially if you have a complicated case!

I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Devita, I disliked my natural nose and wanted it to be smaller… I went for my consult with Dr. Devita after he came highly recommended by a few friends for this procedure. I was rushed during the consult, but I knew he was a busy man and he assured me everything would be perfect because he is a «perfectionist» and not to worry. I was told to arrive the day of surgery by 6:45, I was prepped and ready to go… The time is ticking, anxiety getting high and Dr. Devita still hasn’t arrived yet, it’s now 8:15 and my surgery was scheduled for 7am… Dr Devita didn’t show up until after 9am (with shaving cream left under his chin) immediately coming to me saying «I forgot I had a case this morning» I should’ve went with my gut and left then. But, I stayed and went thru with the procedure, knowing he has children and anything could’ve happened that would make him «forget» about me and «my case»… Surgery was complete, I wake up, go home and rest. I immediately notice that my nose is completely set off to the left side… But still, I speak to the staff and they assure me that the nose is going to be perfect its just very swollen, etc. months go by now… I schedule an appointment for dr Devita to take a look. He immediately insists on a revision, noticing the offset «J» shape of my nose (9 mos post op) I hesitantly book the revision in hopes that the cosmetic offset will be fixed. Boy, was I mistaken. The morning of my revision, I go in and Dr Devita assure me this would be fixed and perfect and the last time I will have to do this procedure… I’m sitting here 14 months later (as the dr insists the healing process takes one year) and not only is my nose still offset to the left side, but my right nasal passage is completely obstructed by the prosthetic piece he placed at the tip of my nose. All I can remember was when I woke up, I eagerly asked dr Devita how everything went and him saying VERBATIM «well I did the best I could, you had a lot of scar tissue and it was a very difficult revision» I now can’t breathe at all out of my right nostril, I can’t sleep well at night or at all, because of my poor breathing, I’ve gained about 20 pounds and I suffer from severe migraines. So if you are considering a rhinoplasty from this «perfectionist» Gregory Devita… You just may want to reconsider. My life has been for ever changed, due to his poor effort at a revision. Lastly, I’ve consulted other surgeons to see if there’s anything that can be done so I can breathe again… And I’ve had 3 different surgeons take a look and X-​ray etc… Only to tell me they’re so sorry to inform me that my bones were shaved so thin and there is nothing they can do to fix this breathing problem. So thank you Dr Gregory Devita for obstructing my right nasal passageway and taking away my ability to BREATHE and live my life as I once did prior to your «hands of perfection» taking my breath away.
