This is very sad. I went into the store just now to inquire about some coins, and there was a very nice retired gentleman customer who was asking questions about buying gold. He simply did not understand all of the aspects of buying gold and was asking questions. The owner of the shop was very sarcastic and not polite in the way he was answering this gentleman’s simple questions. I stayed for about two minutes and walked out. I would never spend even a penny with a person with this attitude.
