god this place still sucks after new management or owner! I asked for an old fashion and if they muttle them? She said yes, I got the drink I can tell she didn’t know what I meant and forgot the bitters! My cheery floated to the top untouched with the orange!

I never really cared for this bar and I think the main reason is the clientele and atmosphere. It’s a party bar as it doesn’t open until 7pm, plays loud music and full of bros. I did go in there when it was kind of empty and it’s actually a really nice looking bar. Wood flooring, a painted mural on one side, and a long bar with quite a number of beer taps. I ordered a beer on tap and the bartender told me it might be flat. I appreciated that as it was flat. I probably won’t go here again, but I could see myself going here on a week day for happy hour if it was opened earlier.

Oh Kittners. How have I not learned to avoid this place when I come back to GB? If you grew up in the area, this is the place you come to go creep on everyone you haven’t seen since high school. At least a handful of people here always look like they(still?) watch Jersey Shore marathons. It is the capitol of people trying too hard. They have a few pool tables [that always have a wait], decently priced beers, and an adequate amount of space, earning Kittners a 2 in my book. As much of a kitthole as this is, I’ll probably be back. Unfortunately.

Kittners is the best bar downtown! If you’re in Green Bay, you have to check it out! Especially the bartender Tibbals, not only is he friendly, he’s entertaining as well!

I always have a good time when I go to Kittner’s! A lot of college crowd and young adults. Great fishbowl specials on Thursdays! Can get kind of crowded on weekends, and holidays are packed.

The one true«college» bar in Green Bay. Coming from Lawrence, KS(Rock Chalk), I miss the hard partying college environment that I was so used to in my previous home town. Nothing in GB really has that feel except Kittners on a crowded night(Thursday through Saturday). Overall the prices are fair and the drink selection is good(a fairly large draft beer selection and stiff drinks), but this place can get a little sketchy later at night(as can be expected of any bar with the partying atmosphere). Honestly it doesn’t hold a candle to a big city bar but for this relatively sleepy town it offers a welcomed break from boring«older» establishments.

Eek! Methinks not. I’d be ok if I never set foot in this place for the rest of my life. I really don’t understand why everyone in Green Bay loves this place so much. All my old friends(acquaintances really) seem to always have their status on facebook saying something like, «getting crazy at Kitts tonight!», «Going to Kitts, who’s with me!!!» or «Watching another fight go down at Kittners!» The crowd here is all washed up Green Bay losers who have nothing better to do with their time. I’d only go here if I wanted to run into people that I hate and that make me feel really awkward. Farewell, Kittners.

Green Bay, You Impressed Me! I was weary about Green Bay nightlife, I was weary when I walked to your doorstep, your bouncer thought my ID was fake because I was from CALI. But your bathrooms were clean, you looked like a nice chill place to have a drink, and tables weren’t sticky… yet. I was weary because I can look out the window and see nothing but flatland for acres. so city people assume you have no nightlife. Your bartenders looked like they were in high school and you don’t need 6 bartenders unless you’re trying to help the economy by hiring all them at once. They were very attentive though, treated me right and poured well. Kittner’s your crowd was something I’d only settle for as a tourist, but I’m judging you on the fun I had with you. You had no dance floor, but we made do and the music and alcohol you provided helped us make you a dance floor. I will definitely revisit you, if I’m back, as I have not yet fallen completely because my heart belongs in San Francisco, but Green Bay you have impressed me, with your $ 5 Hen & Cokes and my $ 30 tab of 6 drinks and 2 shots(maybe you need to get your bartender’s a calculator, but hey I’m not complaining)! Kittner’s you did your city proud.
