As a lifetime Gold and 100 nights already in 2016, I have to say this is the best hotel in the area and in my top 5 of all my stays. The staff, Taylor and Sammy, were friendly and helpful at check in as I had a demo system delivered to the hotel. The room was perfect and so quiet, the bed was awesome and I had room to set up my demo system in the suite’s desk area of the room. The hotel is newer and the rooms updated. The roll down window blind was great. Minor but the TV at the foot of the bed could be bigger but never watched it on this stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and will always book here as long as the rate stays reasonable.

I stayed at this hotel and paid $ 169 a night. Got in on the 3rd night and found out the room was never cleaned. I reported it to the front staff, Sammy who brought me some towels and 3 shampoos and 2 soap. I showed her the room and promised to let her manager know as I told her I am paying such amount but no service. Considering i just had a long day I decided to just stay for the night I’m checking out the next day. I woke up at 230 with hives on my back, neck and upper arm wherever I have contact with pillows. I tried to call the front desk no answer so I came down and waited awhile. l and Stephanie came. I was told Sammy didn’t report such thing and I was further berated by Stephanie of «how could you have hives right away if your room was not cleaned for only one night.» No offer of medicine or apologies. Very rude. I told her I’m hypersensitive and that’s why I pay good money to stay at supposedly clean hotel as otherwise I would have gone to an extended stay. I went back to my room and started emailing every executive at Marriott I can think of. I would have checked out if I wasn’t afraid to spend the time in my car in some parking lot and get raped! Going to the ER would just make me wait for hours and bill me an arm and a leg. I wanted to wait for urgent care. In the morning, I contacted customer care. Tia called me nonchalantly stating we’ve adjusted your rate for 2 nights to be $ 100. Good for you Tia. But then who pays for my hospital bill for getting the hives from your pillows treated? My insurance is not from this state so I’m out of network and thus $ 150 for the doctor + whatever treatment I get per the Preveia lady who just checked me in. I stay at a lot of Marriott and have 2 other bookings in the succeeding weeks. My advice — do not stay here if you’re a woman, especially non white. If you’re a man who thinks you’re debonair enough to wet the panties of the front staff then kudos to you. I’m sure if I was a white male the hotel would have gotten a housekeeping staff to clean my room or even offer to transfer me to another room. Pure discrimination. Customer care doesn’t do anything but call the hotel because this is a franchise and they don’t care because I’ve had multiple stays at this hotel and other Marriott properties in the country, Asia and Europe.

Great location within walking distance to Lambeau field. There are several restaurants and bars nearby. Nice rooms and clean hotel. Check-in was efficient. We were asked if we had a floor preference. I requested a quiet area and we were put on Floor 3. We didn’t have any issues with noise during our three-night stay. Some rooms have a Lambeau view — how cool is that? If you’re in town for social reasons(like we were) and stay out late, it’s easy to sleep through regular maid service. Our requests for service at the desk was taken care of efficiently while we were out during the day/evenings. We also appreciated the roll down shade that blocked morning light so we could catch up on our Zzzzzzzz. They do offer complimentary breakfast, which we also missed. The area they have for this is small but nicely furnished. This area doubles for the social /bar setting in the evenings. Final Assessment: Nice place. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town visiting family.

Best hotel to stay in when you’re in Green Bay. High quality, awesome location to Lambeau field, and very good FREE hot breakfast in the morning. The best part was the staff; everyone was so friendly and helpful. The gym was small but good enough for lifting and cardio. Only thing was that the walls were kinda thin where you could hear what was going on outside and the maids came kinda early on some days. Other than that, awesome place. I even met James Jones because he was staying there too. If you stay here, you might meet some packers players too.

I am a little partial to Marriott but this location is kept up very well. I was given my complimentary bottle of water. It’s steps away from Lambeau Field. I was shuttled by a very friendly driver from the airport. When I arrived I was checked — in quickly. The room has a separate office and the bed is pretty comfy. I would def recommend this location and give them 4 cheese balls due to being in Wisconsin…

Nice hotel. Very clean and quiet. Loved that the rooms had a roll down shade to keep it really dark! Pool was a bit small but for adults it serves it’s purpose. Only thing holding me back from 5 stars was the front desk employees. They weren’t as warm, welcoming and friendly as most hotels we’ve stayed in. Made us feel a bit unwelcome. Don’t let that deter you from staying here though because it really is nice.

It is a standard Springhill Suites. It is newer and you could see Lambeau Fields from your room window. If you’re a Packer fan, that’s a big plus. Too bad, I’m a Bears fan who is trying to be a Vikings fan. Front desk wasn’t overly friendly. They gave me a room at the very end of the hall, but it turned out to be a huge suite and was a handicap equipped room. I usually do not prefer a handicap equipped room as I was always thinking how about if there’s someone who would need it. However, the upgrade was appreciated. The free breakfast ends at 9AM which I thought is pretty early. 10AM will be better in my opinion. The gym is very nice and big. It is overlooking the swimming pool, and it’s nice to see while you’re working out. It is pretty well equipped too compared to some other hotels. The worst part of this hotel is they have a very loud bartender. She can talk and she projects. Trying to work late at night at the lobby is a challenge, as it is hard to concentrate listening to her, plus the blaring TV. Just imagine, her voice cuts through a blaring TV! However, when I come to the area, this is where I stay because of the gym mostly.

I stayed here on and off for 3 weeks. The lobby has a nice little bar. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was pretty good, I mean come on it’s FREE. The hotel is located walking distance to 4 sports bars. The best part would be their fitness room. They have free weights, cable machine, 3 treadmills, a couple of elipticals, and medicine balls. I would definitelt stay here again if I am in Green Bay.

Great place to stay in Green Bay! Good breakfast in AM, friendly staff, work out room, and pool. The staff is friendly and the bar is an awesome welcome after work. Located near some great sports bars and restaurants. Convenient to the West side of Green Bay and highways. Like staying here whenever in Green Bay.
