I am reviewing a product manufactured and sold by True Value. A friend going into town bought the Green Thumb 16 Steel Tine Bow Head Rake which is made and sold by True Value. It is «assembled» in the US and actually made in China. The first time I used it two of the tines bent under reasonable pressure. After a couple of more times of using it, the head came off the handle. It turns out that the head was only glued to the handle. No amount of customer service or variety of products makes up for the fact what True Value makes, as evidenced by this purchase, cannot be relied upon for good service or lasting value.

A great shopping experience. Very helpful staff. Will find the answer to your question one on one. They always have the advertised item in stock. I could shopping there for an hour every time I walk in.

Sahuarita, AZ
Clearly the best run hardware store in Green Valley/​Sahuarita. Great selection of everything and at fair prices. Today I went in for a grill degreaser, because our Fry’s really didn’t have anything. Lots of options and they were helpful with knowing the different products. This store is further away but worth the extra drive.
