This is not a review of the dentist, but rather of how his practice does business.
One of the reasons I chose Dr. Bennett is because he’s in my dental insurance company’s PPO network. When I called to make the appointment, they didn’t bother telling me that another dentist is handling the surgeries, and it wasn’t until I received the preliminary paperwork that I found out. And then I learned that he’s not covered by my insurance. The difference in price is quite significant, but they were very cavalier about how I spend my money. I wasted precious time in this process.

Dr Bennett’s care inspired me to place my first Unilocal review. I have to agree that he is exceptional and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He has removed wisdom teeth, and fixed a problem created by a different dentist for me, I’ve seen him on 3 problems. I especially liked the excellent communication and explanations of every aspect of the work he was going to do. He seems such a gentle and caring person, that my anxiety went away immediately. He even called after to check up on me as was noted below.
I truly would recommend him for anyone in need of dental surgery.

Dr. Bennett removed wisdom teeth of my kids with no problems afterwards. Recently I needed a molar removed and had him do the procedure. Absolutely the best person you could want for this — the major problem was my own anticipation of how painful it would be afterwards, although the staff tried their best to convince me that I would be just fine. He called later in the day to check on my recovery, which went very quickly. Go here.

Dr. Mark Bennett his and staff are fantastic. I felt well taken care during my my removal of a very pesky failed root canal that could not saved. Once the local anesthetic wore off, I had no swelling and no need for pain meds was minimal. Dr Bennett himself also called a couple of hours after my procedure to see how I doing which is kind of rare.

I think Dr. Bennett has removed everyones wisdom teeth in marin! I had a great experience (well at least as far as oral surgery goes) and same with at least 10 of my friends and parents.
