Avoid this place like the plague. They will sell you a refurbished display model jvc for full retail. They also claim that if anything is wrong, they will make it right. However, when the unit malfunctions and you call them on it, they will tell you it was working when you left… not their fault. They will let you upgrade to a better unit, however you will only get half of what you paid for the previous unit purchased the day before because it was installed. It was installed as a display but that doesn’t count. So finally the totals… jvc 499.00. Refunded 250 for upgrade to pioneer bhs5600 599.00 that retails at best buy for 399. Total wasted 250+200. Ouch
